'The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!'

'The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

'Just a few steps away from a trolley stop to take you over to where all the restaurants are. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and this time of year it was not crowded at all. There is an outdoor shower at the bottom of the deck which helps keep sand out of the house. The only downside is the master bedroom, it does not have any blinds covering the windows, only light (white) curtains. If you need darkness to sleep this isn't going to work for you. Around 6 every morning like clockwork...

'The kitchen was very well stocked if you're cooking while you're there, everything was clean as long as you don't look under furniture. The stairs can bother you if you have any kind of back or knee problems. The fire pit and grill would've been nice if we could've gotten it to work, the propane tank seemed to have plenty of fuel in it but wouldn't light, we have a lot of experience with propane. 'This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! 'We spent the winter 2024 here. The location is steps away from the beach which wasn't ever very busy. Walk the beach for a couple miles each way! 'We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area.
