Op zoek naar de perfecte ontsnapping? Kijk niet verder, dit gezellige huisje slaapt comfortabel 6 op meer dan 3 hectare, en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op Canyon Lake! Meer dan 400 voet van het water! Breng uw middagen door op de ruime overdekte veranda en laat uw zorgen wegdrijven. Maak een gemakkelijke wandeling naar het water voor een duik. Je kunt ook een boot of buizen vastbinden aan de bomen aan de waterkant. Dit huisje is ideaal voor familiebijeenkomsten of een groep die op zoek is naar een geweldige tijd aan de pittoreske oevers. Er is ook een huis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers naast het huisje dat al dan niet tijdens uw verblijf wordt verhuurd. Het is geschikt voor 10-12 gasten. Huur het huisje zelf of huur beide voor 16-20 personen.

De begane grond heeft de woonkamer met comfortabele stoelen, 2 eettafels en een charmante keuken. Er is een badkamer naast de woonkamer met een douche. Boven is een loft-stijl ruimte met 3 queen size bedden.

Dit huisje is perfect voor groepen die weg willen van de luidruchtige drukte omdat het in een woonwijk ligt. U kunt ontspannen aan het meer en toch dicht bij geweldige tubing-excursies en andere attracties in de omgeving zijn! Dit huisje is geschikt voor 6-8 personen. Er zijn bedden voor 6 personen. U bent echter van harte welkom om een luchtbed voor maximaal 2 extra gasten mee te nemen. Gasten moeten 25 jaar of ouder zijn om te reserveren en moeten bij de accommodatie verblijven. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Dit huisje heeft een maximale bezetting van 8 personen. Deze maximale bezetting mag op geen enkel moment worden overschreden. Geen gasten overdag toegestaan.

Dit huisje ligt op 10 minuten rijden van de rivier de Guadalupe in Sattler en op 15-20 km van het historische Gruene, het beroemde Gristmill-restaurant en het waterpark Schlitterbahn. It was a sight but...

There was a couple things that could have been better. The 2nd floor was mostly humid at night, my toddler sweat so much those 2 nights. Pots and pans were worn out and scratched, if i had know i would have brought our own kitchen utensils. The beds were quite uncomfortable our backs were hurting. At the end we were to come home.

The Good 1. Location The Bad 1. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable 2. The cabin has an insect problem. While cooking, ants came between the wall and countertops. Wife almost stepped on an 8 inch centipede in the dining room 3. Cheap toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Definitely bring your own 4. We didn’t wear our shoes in the cabin but our feet were black walking around. Hadn’t been mopped in awhile 5. No dresser to put our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases 6. The cabin has an insect problem. While cooking, ants came between the wall and countertops. Wife almost stepped on an 8 inch centipede in the dining room. 7. Refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed 8. BBQ pit didn’t work 9. Short in ceiling fan in kitchen. Shocked the hell out of me when I pulled the cord. There are better options for the money. It’s a small lake and no matter where you stay, it’s a short drive to great beach spots. Location wasn’t worth the negatives.

Yearly family road trip

When we got to the property there was no trouble finding the place or gaining access all communications with the host were clear. The good was that the outside was beautiful we had nobody in the house next door, we had the whole property and what seemed like the whole lake to ourselves. The bad was that the T.V. was hard to hear over the A/C unit, there was cans and trash all in the fire pit, and there should have been more seating down by the lake. Some outdoor furniture something besides a hard picnic table. There was no propane in the electric grill so we could not cook outside which was a bummer. I feel like for the price we're paying to stay they could make sure the grill is ready to go. The lake view and the privacy saves this place. there's alot of room for improvement but we had a great time and I would go again.

Good place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing. Very nice view and just a short walk from the lake where you can swim in clear water. The cottage has all the basics plus a very cool arcade machine. Wifi was pretty good during our stay as well. The cottage inside is not fancy but still quite cozy. The only thing that kind of put me off is that once we booked, another rental company, not Vrbo, sent us an agreement to sign and asked for a copy of driver's license and credit card. I personally feel safer dealing through the platform I used to book a rental instead of dealing with a separate rental agency or I would at least prefer to know about this before booking. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great place bto stay

Location is gorgeous. Direct access to the water. The overall state of the cottage is satisfying. Bathroom is clean and in great condition. The rest of the cottage is a bit tired. The only thing that I didn't like is the AC system. It is really need to be replaced. It is old and very noisy. Especially the one in the bedroom, so you have two options, one is too sleep in a heat, other one is to sleep like near a working tractor.

Cottage on the lake😁

Me and my new husband really love the little cottage , it's was perfect, and it was our honeymoon. Very private, and right on the lake , with a gorgeous view! The check in was very simple. Only thing we had an issue with was...the instructions to clean up before leaving...When we paid a 60.00 cleaning fee?? Even wanted us to wash the dishes.. Other than that, everything was great! Lots of deer in yard at night, we even had a fox in the yard one morning...

Perfect getaway

Beautiful grounds and cute cottage. Perfect for a couple getaway. We rented paddle boards from Paddle Canyon Lake and they delivered right to the cottage! I highly recommend!

Great place to Get Away!

In short, this place is perfect for a short getaway and the location on the lake is fantastic! The walk down (or up) to the lake from the house is steep. WEAR WATER SHOES! It will save your feet from all the rocks and the sticker burrs all over the place. Otherwise the place is basic. There are hotel-size soaps, but otherwise you really do have to provide just about everything for yourself. The main house next door is nice, and we had great neighbors but I could see how clashing personalities/vacation plans could interrupt the ambiance or make things difficult. The TV is more complicated than calculus, and the wifi is good (but it's extended from the main house, so the bandwidth gets interrupted regularly), the oven is crazy small but works fine. We got this place as a change of scenery during Covid, so a lot was closed. I'm not sure what all there is to do other than tubing the rivers, which are not far down the road. We did rent jetskis from the marina down the road and it was so fun. There's a natural grotto on the lake where you can jump into the lake which is also great, but only accessible by boat.

Small Cottage/Lake View

Very nice covered patio to relax, grill & view lake. It would be helpful if a couple cedar trees were removed for a better view. There was no one staying in the main house next door during our stay, so that was great. I could however see that it might not be very private if the main house was booked at the same time as the cottage. It was just my husband and myself, so the 1 tiny bathroom was ok. If you really had a lot of people staying there, I could see this being an issue. Great place for a couple!
