As soon as you arrive, you'll be welcomed by the heart of the villa, which lies in its superb lounge-dining room-kitchen (approx. 70m2), bathed in natural light. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen features appliances such as a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and wine cellar.
Ohana means family! This house is designed for living together, but everyone can have their own space and independence.
On this level, you'll find a first suite comprising a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, washbasin and shower, and a separate toilet.
A large south-facing covered terrace of around 25 m² completes this floor. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, with a comfortable lounge and bar area for convivial moments overlooking the pool and garden.
On the garden level, a second master suite awaits you with a 160 cm bed and a shower room featuring a double washbasin and a large shower. Two spacious dressing rooms add to the comfort of this suite. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.
Then there are two further bedrooms, one with a fold-out 160x200 double sofa bed, and the other with a 140 cm bed, as well as an additional shower room with double washbasin and large shower, and separate WC.
Each of these 3 bedrooms opens onto a terrace.
Upstairs, the covered terrace extends onto a vast open space, offering a commanding view and south-facing exposure. A built-in swimming pool (chlorine) (3x3, depth 1.10 m, secured by roller shutter) invites you to cool off, while a few Japanese steps lead you to the Gazebo, and the summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, sink and fridge.
A wellness centre adjoining the house is open during the day, with a separate, independent entrance.
