Beautiful stay

The condo is beautiful! Very clean, well decorated. I was there to visit family, my grandsons birthday. I had my grandkids for a night and it was wonderful. The only negative i can give was i was unable to hook up games for them because i didnt have original tv remotes to change source. I also was not able to watch local channels becuase not available on the tvs, only roku, peacock etc. Smart apps. I have family in tennessee and tornados had hit and i was unaware. I did enjoy the condo very much. Location is awesome, beach is a short walk thru the dunes and when you open patio doors you can hear the old familiar friend roaring. Just a beautiful sound. The pool is directly out those doors. And condo is stocked with everything you need for pool and beach. I had brought my towels so i never used anything there but it is well stocked and very good quality. Beds were very comfy and kitchen is well stocked with necessities. I will definitely return ...host keep in touch and are available for any questions or suggestions you might want answered. 🤗

We had a great vacation. The place was clean, updated, easy to access being on the first floor. Steps away from the beach or the pool. Had all the beach necessities: chairs, towels, boogey boards, skim boards, umbrella. Everything covered! We will be back.

Lovely condo, short walk to beach

The hosts were terrific, the location is wonderful for this first floor condo with a view of the pool and the sounds of the ocean clearly discernible. The beach walkway is just two minutes from the front door. Very well outfitted with clear instructions and suggestions for the area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. I was actually surprised to find that my expectations were exceeded. The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Access to the clean and large pool was excellent as well as access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Looks just like the pictures!

Super nice and perfect amount of space for our family of four. Six people would have been just as comfortable. Nice selection of beach items so we didn’t have to go buy anything. Having host nearby was a definite advantage, as we had an issue with the AC that was resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Beachside 2BR condo!!

The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. Perfect for our family of 6. We’ve stayed in many condos vacationing over the last 10 years and this was the cleanest and largest. Lots of pool and beach supplies provided. Kitchen stocked well. We used the full size washer/dryer almost daily. Easy access to the beach (no beach view from condo since on first floor) and pool is directly outside of the patio. Excellent communication with the owner- he even sent us tips about local events!! Highly recommend.

Everything was great. This condo is ground level & very close to the pool area. Beach is just beyond the pool. Other guest/residents were friendly and overall experience was excellent. The key to use water and gate set-up was sometimes difficult for kids & wife to use so that could be improved, but not complaining really, just a friendly recommendation to owners

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and well appointed in all areas. We particularly loved that it had ANYTHING we could have needed for the beach. The manager was very accessible and quickly answered any questions. They live locally so they could make recommendations for activities during our stay based on personal experience. The location was somewhat private meaning the beach was never very crowded, which we loved. I generally prefer an ocean view; however, we traded that for being closer to the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool. Though there are a number of restaurants and attractions in a close proximity, none are within walking distance. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay with terrific hosts!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. Elena and Jorge were so very kind and helpful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My girls loved having their own beds and bathroom. We enjoyed having a separate master bedroom and bathroom. The regular size washer and dryer were invaluable! We would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful condo!

This was our first vacation to this location and we LOVED it! The condo was perfect for our family of four with every amenity needed for the week..literally you only need your clothes and toiletries. The host was very helpful and thoughtful during our stay. I highly recommend this condo d would love to return in the future.

Spring Break Getaway

Our hosts were amazing. They sent information with restaurants & things to do in the area months before we arrived which was phenomenal - especially with teens. We were able to plan out a few adventures before we arrived. The condo is on the ground floor with a view of the pool- just steps away. From the patio, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach which is just a short walk through the parking lot away. A reserved parking spot just outside the condo was awesome. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. The hosts mentioned some renovations coming in May to fix a few issues they had already disclosed. Overall this was a great condo in a location that was still in the middle of all the action without having a ton of people on top of you. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great visit!

the location is the best on the beach walking distance to the park, pickleball, library, several local bar and grills. Just a short bike ride to the port or the pier.. Great pool view just steps to the pool and beach. The unit is well equipped for a long term or short term stay. Beach chairs, toys , boogie boards are all here. Wi-fi and cable included. The hosts Elena and Jorge were fantastic to work with. We will be back for sure!

Excellent Location and Very Responsive Owner

This was our family's 1st trip to the Cocoa Beach area. Elena and Jorge went of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even asked the ages of our children and provide extensive lists of activities that we may enjoy. The condo was an excellent value, with a short walk to the beach and the pool. Lots of restaurants and activities within driving distance. It was a great base for our family of six to explore the area.
