Penthouse Corner Unit met groot balkon aan de oceaan

Cape Winds 508 is met trots eigendom van 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', de grootste eigenaar van premium vakantiewoningen aan het strand aan de Space Coast!

Unit 508 is de penthouse, hoekopstelling met kamerhoge beglazing! Je krijgt een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonkamer en je balkon op de bovenste verdieping, dat op het zuiden en oosten ligt en de beste locatie in het gebouw is. De unit wordt geleverd met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf (handdoeken, beddengoed, wasmachine / droger, volledige keuken, WiFi, enz.). Beide slaapkamers en de woonkamer hebben HD-plasma-tv's en kabel. De master heeft een kingsize bed en is compleet met een en-suite badkamer en inloopkast. De logeerkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en er is ook een slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Cape Winds is een prachtig complex met veel voorzieningen, waaronder een verwarmd zwembad en een bubbelbad, twee tennisbanen, een basketbalveld en directe toegang tot het strand. Het is gunstig gelegen op ongeveer 1 mijl ten noorden van de pier en Ron Jons!

Hoewel de vermelding "geen restitutie" vermeldt, begrijpen we dat er dingen opkomen. Als u uw reservering moet annuleren en u ons ten minste 30 dagen voor het inchecken of eerder op de hoogte stelt, zullen wij de tweede helft van de betaling niet in rekening brengen. Door te huren bij de Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, bent u verzekerd van een gemakkelijke, zorgeloze vakantie. Wij staan altijd voor u klaar om te bellen en beantwoorden graag al uw vragen. Samen huren mijn broers en zussen en ik al meer dan 10 jaar in het Space Coast-gebied.

Outstanding Location

This is a top-floor corner balconey facing the beach. It is probably one of the best locations on Cape Canaveral Beach. We enjoyed the very hot tub and sauna. There were also beach chairs and beach umbrellas, which we utilized with easy access to the beach. I would stay there again.

Not ideal

LOVED the balcony and view!!! LOVED watching a rocket launch and the daily cruise ship traffic. We even saw dolphins from our balcony.When we booked this condo, however, there was NO notice that there would be building maintenance. Apparently, there was information on the website AFTER we booked but it said they would be finished the dates of our stay. We listened to industrial power washing for an entire day (where water actually leaked under our door), drilling into concrete under our balcony on a different afternoon and work on our balcony railings another day. There was building maintenance happening 3 of the 6 days we were there that was loud enough we could not nap/relax and purposely went out of the condo to get away from the noise.Our south patio door had cracks in it and had been installed incorrectly so we could not use it. The other patio door did not seem to lock. Upon arrival, the air conditioning did not work. The management did respond within an hour to replace batteries and make sure it was working. The water pressure in the shower was very minimal in both bathrooms. Overall, disappointed in the maintenance interference in our vacation. No discount was offered. Condo was clean and in a great location but would probably not book there again.

Spring Break

Family spring break and we had never been to cocoa beach. The sunrises were perfection! Our daily beach walks were refreshing and calming, laid back vibe was very much needed. Oh and we saw two rockets launch right from our balcony. We will stay again!

Great view

Property was clean with an excellent ocean view north to the space station and south as far as the eye can see. Saw 2 rocket launches from the balcony so we didn’t even have to go to the beach. The beach was very close and the property was secure.

Everything we needed plus more!

The views were incredible! The condo was in great condition. It had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was well stocked with large baking pans, which was helpful for our family dinners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. There were more than enough beach and bath towels. The kids were impressed with the boogie boards and basketball in the closet, while we enjoyed the beach chairs. The condo was extremely quiet. While inside we couldn’t hear any neighbors. We also used the pool and hot tub frequently. We traveled a little over an hour for a magical day at Disney and we’re back to the condo in time for a sunset. We got to see one rocket launch at night from the condo and one daytime launch from Jetty Park. The condo was easy driving distance to many places such as Publix and Ron Jon’s. It was 10 minutes or less to any nearby location we needed. We enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Excellent property, every time!

Everything was absolutely what we wished for. I own my own cleaning company back in Chicago. The only thing that could use improvement is detailed cleaning. The wall in the kitchen had a strange smell to it. I wiped it down with Dawn Power Wash. The toilets could also use more detailed cleaning, as well as the bathroom sinks. Found pink mold on faucet bases. Also, bathtubs could use a thorough scrubbing.

Beautiful condo with lovely beach. Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was exceptionally clean as was entire condo and facilities. Tennis courts very nice! Nice location a bit away from more crowded areas of Cocoa Beach – but very close to everything. Communications with property management/owners was incredible. Probably management company best I have ever experienced when renting through VRBO. Attentiveness and follow up were fantastic. Highly recommend

Great getaway

Everything about the week was perfect. The condo was exactly as described...clean, great views, well stocked. The pool was sparkling, the beach is only steps away and felt private, the sound of the waves drowning out all other sounds. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I think I should set it up for... tomorrow!

Great Location and Clean

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing, it was quiet and the pool was perfect for our kiddos. The only thing we would suggest is an upgrade in the master bed, as it wasn't very comfortable. We could have utilized a couple more pillows in the condo as well. Overall it's a 4-5 star place to stay. It's clean, great location, and I would recommend to others.

Wonderful Vacation Choice

This was the first time using VRBO and this location. Pictures were true to the condo, condo was clean and beautiful, large corner balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The condo was supplied with everything you needed except groceries - including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Beach was clean and not super crowded.. We plan on renting this specific condo again.

Being forced to change review

What is not relevant to the property? Why must I change the review. I am never unduly negative.... We loved the view, beach and neighborhood. The provided beach chairs and umbrella where nice to have. The condo was in pretty good shape but it can use some paint. If you have young children the ten o'clock pool closing time makes it impossible for them to sleep. Every night was pretty loud. I would recommend Apt 501 on the opposite side from the pool with the same corner balcony or any apartments between 01 and 07. Units 01 to 07 on each floor gives you a beach facing balcony without overlooking the pool. The kitchen is an under equipped mismatch of dishware, utensils and glasses. The dishwasher is broken. Bathrooms and living area are nice. The location is perfect for the beach and short drives to restaurants and attractions. Covered parking is nice and the tennis courts are fantastic. We liked our stay but the noisey A/C, lawless pool area and broken dishwasher was a bummer.
