In the space there is also a mounted smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, & coffee pot available with 2 place settings.



BATHROOM:

The full bathroom has a stand-up shower, towels & complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.



OUTSIDE:

Directly outside the home enjoy some fresh air on your mini private patio complete with a bistro table & chairs.



Right off the porch feel free to enjoy the shared community area complete with a fire ring & chairs to enjoy the twinkling stars. There is also a charcoal grill available for you to use.

All the homes in the community are a labor of love as my wife & I personally restored everyone to create a unique, inviting & comfortable experience for guests visiting the Cape Charles area. You will be a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Cape Charles.

Getting Around

While you may only be 3 minutes from town it is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around the area. There is free parking available on site.



Tiny Home Living is conveniently located only 3 minutes to Cap Charles with shops, breweries, restaurants & more to offer! There are plenty of activities to make any trip unforgettable including fishing, golfing, hiking, or exploring the towns history!



The Eastern shore offers lots of unique dining experiences for every budget & mood! Enjoy freshly plucked Chesapeake Bay Oysters & Clams or enjoy a hand-churned ice cream cone on a summer’s day. If beer is more your choice sip on local craft brews alongside award winning clam-chowder. Your taste buds will be begging you to come back for another visit!
