'Anamabo Beach Resort is one of our favorite places on earth! The food is always delicious - favorites include tilapia with banku and grilled lobster when they have it. breakfast is sumptuous and the fresh pineapple melts in you mouth. The staff is always friendly and helpful - many have been at the resort for years, and they never fail to remember our family. Beds are comfortable, and the rustic vibe is so relaxing. We can feel our blood pressure drop every time we come through the gate!'

'Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, peacocks walking around, super friendly staff, delicious food. You will need a car or taxi to go anywhere as the hotel is at a few minutes drive distance from Elmina. '

'The resort is situated at the seaside and from the dining room you've got a beautiful view on the ocean and the harbour of Moree. The food is good but the menu is too extensive and they could not serve everything that was on the menu. The rooms were clean, the toilets in the main building were not. Beds were good. The staff is their greatest asset. They did everything to make us feel welcome. Good value for your money.'

'One of the best places to stay along the West African coast. The service is second to none. The rooms are clean, The food is excellent and most importantly there is a great variety of local Ghanaian cuisine- I strongly recommend the Red/red ( fried plantain and beans). The icing on the cake is the crisp, clean Ocean which is just metres away from your room! '
