Mooi huis in wenselijke SW Cape Coral omgeving. Gelegen in een zout water kanaal met directe toegang tot de Golf van Mexico. Geen bruggen geen sluizen! Ontspannen thuis, zwemmen in het zwembad met uitzicht op de gracht of vis uit uw eigen aanlegsteiger. Het huis is gelegen in een mooie en rustige buurt, dicht bij restaurantjes en winkels.

Deze ruime waterkant vakantiehuis in totaal meer dan 3600 vierkante voet met meer dan 2.100 vierkante voet woonkamer is smaakvol ingericht throughtout. Het heeft alle nieuwe meubels, bedden, linnengoed, handdoeken en tv's.
Het huis is een split model, waar u kunt genieten van uw privacy aan de ene kant van het huis (met toegang tot het zwembad) en de gasten of kinderen aan de andere kant. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed met een 32 "Flat TV en toegang tot het zwembad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen bed met een prachtig uitzicht op palmbomen. De derde slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. Er is ook een hol waar u kunt lezen of gebruik maken van uw computer.
Het huis heeft een grote kamer met een open model plan en een nieuwe 47 "Flat TV. Dus, kom over en genieten van ons huis!

Great place. 30 minutes from Sanibel or Fort Meyers Beach!

We had a great time at the house. Very roomy, quiet neighborhood, had bikes and fishing poles for us to use. We caught fish in the canal and even saw a few dolphins. We traveled to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach, both are about 30 minutes if no bridge traffic. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a nice time!

Mocking Birds

My husband and I really enjoyed the property. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet area, and the property manager was terrific. All the appliances are new and the pool was a delightful after our socially-isolated winter. A family of Mocking Birds live in the area and provide a great deal of entertainment.

Terrific Stay

Just returned from a week at this property and would definately book again. The house was perfect for my family and the pool was delightful and warm. The neighborhood was very quiet and a great place for walking. The home was also centrally located and easy access to reach Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers. The property manager was absolutely wonderful, responsive and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to book again!

Best stay for a family of six! Pictures of house do not do it justice! Will book again!

To start off, the house is in one of the best neighborhoods I’ve been in. Everything you need in one house. A private pool, a dock out back, and excellent management! Mary was very inviting. The owners did a good job with the house. The master bed was so comfortable! Best sleep I’ve had in awhile. We booked this for two adults, a 9 year old, a 8, 3 and infant baby and we didn’t want to leave! We loved the pool and watching boats go by in the morning. The garage had everything you need for the beach! There’s a kayak too! A grill out by the pool and lots of cookware! It’s worth it to book again. I had family and friends asking about this place for future stays. Great area too! We could’ve stayed there and enjoyed the pool if we wanted too. And they gave us an extra hour for check out that I was very thankful for. I’m telling you if you are on the fence just book it! Thanks for letting us stay in your home Ed & Sonya!

The owner was great to work with in providing HD tv for us .Mary Jane the property owner was also very informative of the attractions and food places. Pool was great temperature, very comfortable living room furniture and beds were great. Very spacious home with two master suites. Would consider renting again.

We booked this 4th of July trip last minute. The property manager, Mary Jane, was very responsive and helpful. The house was great. We were able to tie our 22’ boat to the dock with their boat in the boat lift.

TWO Master Suites

The house is nicer than the photographs show. For example, the furniture is all leather recliner sofas. Very comfortable. Secondly, besides a master suite, on the opposite side of the house, the queen bedroom has a private entrance to the bathroom. For two couples staying here, this means two master suites. (If there is a third party using the twin bedroom, they have a hallway entrance to the bathroom shared with the queen bedroom.) The pool was very warm and of a decent size. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet yet close to all of the attractions of Cape Coral. This would include the harbor area, the community yacht club, shopping at Coralwood shopping center, Pine Island, and the Cape Coral Parkway. We took a sailing cruise out of Fort Myers Beach and, with no traffic (lucky!), got there in under a half an hour. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We have been renting in Cape Coral for the last three years. Loved spending a month in this home. Location was quiet and access to everything was convenient. The property manager didn’t excellent job of addressing any questions or issues that we had. Would definitely go back again.

Quiet VRBO

Owner & manager friendly/helpful. The pool was way to hot to enjoy. That was reported & scheduled for repairs. I want to be honest we felt the house was central to where we wanted to visit, plus we were close to good restaurants & grocery stores. But the house needs a good deep cleaning, master bed needs new sheets, & pillows. (Sheets fit poorly as well) Carpets need cleaning. I did mention this & more to manager. Older home which is fine, furnishings good, kitchen utensils good, air conditioner worked perfectly. We liked having fox news available on TV. No problem for us but den is off limits.

Exactly what we were looking for in a stay in Cape Coral

My wife and year old son stayed at this property for a week in late February. The house was clean and well maintained, and met all of our needs during our stay. There have even been improvements made to the house that are not shown in the VRBO photos. Most importantly, there were no surprises, which made our stay nice and relaxing. The owners and property manager were very inviting and open to communication which made our stay that much better.

Very Clean and Spacious and was the perfect distance between area beaches!!!

This property was the perfect fit for our family. The heated pool was just what we needed to relax when we weren't running and the location couldn't have been better when we were!! Plenty of great restaurants near by and 37 minutes to either Fort Meyers Beach or Sanibel Island. The owners were wonderful and responsive and the property manager was very helpful with checking in and out, and with area recommendations for fun and necessities. Just a great experience!!! The property is as beautiful as you see in the pictures. Everyone in our group just love it..

Has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, Comfortable beds, a beautiful heated pool. Worked out great for our family of 5. Love being able to cook and do laundry on vacation :). Felt like home away from home :).

Spacious Home - Perfect for Families

The set up of this spacious home is perfect for family vacations. The beds are very comfortable and the house was well appointed. The backyard pool is lovely and receives lots of both sun and shade. The neighbourhood is located in a very quiet area, but amenities and services are located in good proximity. We had a wonderful time here. Our only concern was that the "intake valve" (I'm not sure if that is what it is called) had a very strong pull. A small finger or hand, or even a pony tail could easily get pulled into the space. I mention this only as a warning.
