The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV with cable, and direct access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless accessible shower.

The second bedroom holds an adjustable-base queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds with adjustable bases and a smart TV. The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A hidden oasis, the screened pool deck is enclosed inside a fully fenced backyard.

Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the heated saltwater pool -- bask in the sun on a chaise lounge, or dip your toes in the water under the shade of an umbrella.

Sizzle small bites on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the lanai table that seats four.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This single-story home is accessible from a raised entrance with 8’ double doors.

THE LOCATION

Take the 18-minute drive to Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, a wetland area along the Caloosahatchee River. Look for birds as you walk the scenic nature trail, or rent kayaks and spend the day out on the water.

As Southwest Florida’s largest waterpark, Sun Splash Family Waterpark (a 14-minute drive) offers 14 acres of aquatic fun. Float down the lazy river, venture down one of the park’s many waterslides, or relax by the family pool.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the home’s close proximity to several courses, including the Cape Royal Golf Club (18 minutes away) and Fort Myers Country Club (21 minutes away).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
