Located a few blocks from a major bike trail, it’s perfect for those who enjoy a nice long uninterrupted walk, jog, or bike ride as well. When you want to keep the fun closer to home, the private pool awaits with a step-down design and a view of the canal. Feel free to cook up dinner on the poolside gas grill, where a TV is all set up so you can cook along with your favorite TV chef. The lanai guarantees peaceful swims no matter what the weather. Inside, central air conditioning cools the entire space and ceiling fans lie in each bedroom to guarantee personalized comfort. The open full kitchen is equipped with a drip and pod coffeemaker and merges perfectly with the plushly furnished living area, perfect for spending time together. The main bedroom features a desk workspace, a private entrance to the deck, and an en suite bathroom featuring two vanities, an open shower space, and a jetted tub. But there's room for everyone out under the lanai, where you can watch the boats go by and truly enjoy the canal-front life.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: One surveillance camera is installed that faces the front door. It only turns on and records sound when motion is detected.

Dock details: Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
