The home is equipped with a TESLA Charger in the garage, one of only a FEW HOMES in CAPE CORAL with an EV Charger.

Large glass sliding doors provide multiple easy-access entry points into the home from the lanai. The glass sliding doors provide exceptional outdoor views from the large sectional and the handpicked dining table.

This 4-bedroom home comes well equipped with 3 king beds and 1 bunk bed that consists of a twin and full-size bed.

The generous primary suite has a comfortable king-size memory foam bed with a 55-inch smart tv. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy seating area while enjoying views of the lanai and canal. The primary suite can also accommodate any remote work needs with a dedicated workspace.

The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and a soothing spa-like bathtub.

Perfect for couples or larger groups, the spacious living area features multiple seating areas and an extra-large 75-inch TV. An extensive cable package is included in the living room, so you won't miss any of the big games. Streaming is also available on all TVs with your personal account login information.

The home comes equipped with the highest speed of wifi available in all of Cape Coral, so you can surf the web, work from home, and let your young ones stream their shows all at the same time.

The home also boasts large ceiling fans in the living room and all of the bedrooms for exceptional comfort during your stay.

A well-appointed kitchen that includes all kitchen basics for home-cooked meals while you are away from home.

If you enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning, you are in luck! The home has the best coffee bar in all of the Cape. The coffee bar includes a colorful Keurig, a modern coffee pot, a wonderful Chemex, and a fun gooseneck kettle. Sure to meet all your coffee(or tea) needs!

The second and third bedrooms also boast king-sized memory foam mattresses, spacious closets, and large 55-inch TVs allowing for a luxurious stay for the rest of the guests in your group.

The fourth bedroom has beach sliding doors and a bunk bed for hosting younger members of your group. The bunk bed contains a lower full-size bed and an upper twin-size bed.

Please note: Max weight for twin upper bunk is 180 pounds.

The second full-sized bathroom comes with a custom-designed walk-in glass shower. The bathroom is located directly off of the lanai for easy access during pool time.


The home is well suited for a group of up to 8 and cozy enough for a lovely couples retreat. Come make our Haus your home!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, lanai, garage, pool, putting green, and driveway.

Off-limit areas include a locked closet next to the laundry room, a locked closet in the primary bedroom(guests will still have access to one walk-in closet in the primary bedroom), and a locked closet near the shower in bathroom.
Other things to note
POOL HEATING:
The pool water is warmed to ambient temperatures by an environmentally friendly pool heat pump at no additional charge. The pool heater typically runs from 11 am to 9 pm. Pool heat pumps are dependent on the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee it will be warm enough for all when temperatures drop.

POOL SAFETY:
The home is equipped with pool alarms on all sliding doors and the 2nd bathroom door as well. HOWEVER, guests will be responsible for following simple instructions to enable them, and information is provided after booking. NO pool fence is available.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and we care about our neighbors. Quiet times begin at 10 pm. Max overnight guests allowable is 8.

SECURITY:
There are 5 outdoor blink cameras and one front doorbell camera. One is positioned on the left side of the home to monitor entry and exit from the lanai, another is positioned on the right side of the home to monitor entry and exit from the lanai. Two are positioned above the garage, and one is positioned towards the front door of the house. We have a noise monitor device in the home that does not record conversations, it just records decibel levels.
