Volledig rehabbed in 2017 met een Kust thema en prachtige schip ronde muren. Porseleinhouten uitziende vloertegels, witte metrotegels in bad en keuken, met ontspannende kleurenpracht. We hebben twee andere huizen van deze kwaliteit in Cape Coral, ideaal voor meerdere familiehulpjes. Dit professioneel ingerichte huis is wat u zoekt, geen kosten zijn gespaard! Deze woning met 3 slaapkamers en 2250 vierkante voet heeft alles. Een verwarmd zoutwaterzwembad met overlooprand met watervallen en een spa met warm water met uitzicht op het zoetwatermeer. We hebben een volbad buiten bij het zwembad om het water te houden waar het moet zijn. De uitzichten van elke kamer in dit huis zijn eerste klas. De privé-master op de eerste verdieping heeft schuifregelaars voor volledig zicht op de gescreende Lanai en spa. Het beschikt over een groot meesterbad met een jacuzzi en een aparte douche. De hele benedenverdieping opent naar het gescreend lanai zwembadgebied waardoor de buitenkant binnen komt. De grote keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om uw Florida-avontuur te voltooien. De leuke eetkamer kijkt uit op het zoetwatermeer. Grote familiekamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een slaapbank. Boven vindt u een de derde badkamer met een bad en douche, een koffiebar, een kinderkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en twee aparte bedden en een extra master met een kingsize bed. De franse deuren in de bovenste verdieping openen tot een uitgebreid balkon met adembenemend uitzicht. Deze kamer heeft een extra slaapbank. Veronderstel je koffie hier te drinken, terwijl de zon nog een andere dag van Florida opkomt! Wij leveren alles wat u nodig heeft om uw vakantie zo ontspannend mogelijk te maken, doe gewoon uw koffer in. Wij leveren beddengoed, handdoeken, strandlakens, twee fietsen en meer. Dit huis heeft een dok om te vissen of te varen. De stad Cape Coral heeft sinds het begin van de jaren 1960 dit zoetwatermeer opgeslagen. We hebben grote mondbas en tilapia uit dit meer getrokken ... een aantal echte whiskers! Dit is een nieuw pand en is niet eerder vermeld op VRBO. Amazing stay

Amazing stay at this house. Stu and Cathy messaged us to let us know we were able to check in early, which was great as we were all hungry. The pool/spa and the water with the paddle boards was great. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable, everything worked. Our only issue was just how hot it got at night and not being able to turn the AC colder. We did reach out to Stu about this and he got back to us with why it was like that.

Great House Set-Up and Amenities

The house is a great option for large groups. We were able to comfortably spread out with four adults and two children and could have easily had more. I love the two porch options. The house is well equipped wirh your essentials (pool toys, games, kids books, high chair (huge plus), pack n play,etc.) The view was gorgeous. Unfortunately for us, the weather didnt cooperate and it was cold. Given this, we were hoping to still use the heated pool and hot tub spa. Unfortunately, the pool was not in the designated range of 85-87 the details leading up to our arrival stated and the hot tub spa doesnt turn on until 5pm everyday (owners state because of issues if they try to change it). If it had been on throughout the entire day, we could have at least utilized that more during our trip, but in 5 days we only used the pool once and got in the spa a handful of times. I definitely would have appreciated the details about the spa being limited in the house description prior to booking so we would have known what we had available to us. There isn't a ton to do in the area so you have to drive a ways to get to any entertainment or sites but there were plenty of food options within 5-10 minutes of the house. Overall, the owners were great at communicating and kept the house in great shape!

My first time in Florida and first time seeing the ocean..the guest book gave us great recommendations of things to see and do. The amenities were exceptional and we loved the decor and the ambience. I would suggest a radio, or something to play music through. This place was exceeded my expectations and the pool guy Ryan was also extremely helpful with recommendations! We will be returning to try other locations that Stu has to offer ❤️❤️❤️

Relaxation

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 days. We enjoyed the pool every day. Exceptional views of the lake in the infinity pool. Multiple great living spaces inside and outside. Lots of toys and floats available for the pool. Fun kayaking on the lake. Life vests provided. Game room garage was screened in and had a ceiling fan. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Great views of the stars and moon from the pool at night. A place that is fun for all ages.

Infinity and beyond was perfect. I came here with my wife and 3 young boys as well as Mom and Dad. The property was amazing from the layout for our situation to the pristine condition it was in! We just returned from an amazing stay at this home. We were immediately at ease when we checked in and the place was spotless. The house was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The pool was incredible and we spent a lot of time swimming or reading poolside. The games and beach equipment in the garage were an added bonus. Stu and Cathy were wonderful to deal with and clearly take a lot of pride in their rental homes. Save time researching and just book this house!
