Not totally Satisfied
The thing that sells this villa is the outside space, fantastic large pool and beautiful dock area with a great view down the canal. One issue was a trip hazard hosepipe running from a tap to a level controller in the pool. The inside was large, airy and comfortable. All appliances worked as they should but definitely needed an upgrade due to rust, particularly on the washing machine. We found the kitchen and bathrooms dated and definitely needs an upgrade particularly the main bedroom ensuite. We were asked to phone the management company when we arrived, which we did twice as we had a few issues. They were:The trip hazard hoseOne of the fans outside, when turned on shook so violently we were scared it was going to fall offThe door to the toilet in the main bedroom ensuite would not closeWe could not find the safe keyWe did not know how to turn on the jacuzzi.We received no communication back from them but as we were on holiday did not want to spend all our time chasing it.This is a lovely villa in a great location but is certainly in need of a refurb.
