'Perfect beach house for 2 adults and 2 kids. Literally a few steps off back porch and you're on the beach. We walked from the house to the shops and boardwalk, maybe a mile at most. House had internet, and came with a beach canopy that we actually needed. Coming back next year for sure!'

'The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! I particularly loved the location and private beach access!The interior decor was lovely and comfortable! I enjoyed the seahorse theme that was carried throughout property! Overall ..highly recommend!'

'Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. 'Cute, cozy and exactly what we wanted. We loved that we could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, but it was far away enough from the boardwalk noise. James was super friendly and responsive.'

'We had another fantastic stay. The weather did not cooperate this year so we really enjoyed the condo this time. The condo is as described, clean and very comfy, located in the perfect place. Close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away to not be part of the hustle bustle. Between the view, the accommodations and how attentive the hose is, we really enjoyed our stay.'

'We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!'
