Historische 'Kage House' Korte termijn verhuur gelegen in 'Old Town Cape'

Het gebouw doet denken aan de achttiende-eeuwse New Orleans architectuur, en werd ooit gebouwd vóór 1883. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping en is altijd wordt bijgewerkt met nieuwe en spannende verbeteringen. Het interieur is onlangs opgewaardeerd met een complete renovatie van de badkamer / douche, nieuwe vloerbedekking, deuren en ramen overal. De 'Kage House' is gelegen op 120 Broadway in het centrum van de historische wijk en op minder dan een minuut lopen naar Main Street en op minder dan 10 minuten lopen naar de 'Isle of Capri Casino'. Op Main Street vindt u vele mooie winkels en restaurants, of gewoon genieten van de mooie omgeving zoals u walkabout. Dit is veruit een van de beste plaatsen in Cape om te verblijven !!

De slaapkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed en een flatscreen tv. De woonkamer is ingericht met een 'Lazy Boy' queensize slaapbank en een 45 'flatscreen-tv. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust. Internet / wifi-gebruik, evenals kabel met diverse filmkanalen zijn inbegrepen in de prijs van uw verblijf.

Direct aan de overkant is een restaurant met de naam Minglewood. U kunt genieten van een diner en een grote selectie ambachtelijke bieren.

Geniet ontspannen buiten op het dek met uitzicht op de rivier de Mississippi en de binnenstad.

U zult zeker genieten van uw verblijf hier in alle comfort en met een beetje geschiedenis op te starten.

Great stay!

The location could not be better! The view of the Mississippi River from the balcony is spectacular. The house is on the edge of downtown which makes it easy to see the Wall of art and history, all the shops and restaurants. We loved Cape Girardeau, as it’s fairly easy to get around through the town.

Perfect stay!!

We enjoyed this property so much!! The location was perfect, it was so clean, very accommodating, perfect amount of space, and awesome host! We were in town for AAU basketball and this rental gave us the comfort of being at home. The washer/dryer availability was a plus after sweaty ballgames! We will definitely be booking this rental in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

This upstairs unit is perfect for a long weekend getaway trip! It has everything you need and is in the perfect location to the downtown area. Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants! The area is very safe and my daughter and I are comfortable walking around the downtown area any time of day.Great owner with quick response time! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Fantastic location, great accommodation

There couldn’t be a better location for going out on the riverfront in Cape Girardeau. It is well set up with beautiful furniture and all the kitchen supplies you would need. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay When in Cape!

This property is perfect for a stay in Cape. You can see the river from the property. It is in close proximity to several nice restaurants and bars. The property was extremely clean and well equipped, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. It can be a little bit noisy on the weekends due to the area having a couple bars and traffic, but nothing too excessive. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this place

This is our third stay here. We love the Kage House and its location. We live only 75 miles from here but it makes a nice weekend get away. The weekend we stayed they were having a car show and our granddaughter had a volleyball tournament in Cape so it worked out great. We will be back!

Perfect stay

What an incredible stay! Waking up to the sunrise over the river was such a peaceful way to start each day. We loved watching the boats drift by and spotting birds while enjoying our morning coffee. The house itself is absolutely beautiful – full of charm and so welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The thoughtful touches like the snacks and drinks made us feel right at home. The location was perfect – we walked to two local breweries, took a scenic walk along the river, and explored the charming shops on Main Street. We even tried our luck at the casino! Brunch at the restaurant across the street was the perfect way to end our trip. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing experience. We can't wait to come back!

Great location in downtown Cape! When we travel we are usually disappointed with the bed and furnishings but this property had a very comfortable couch and bed. Beautifully decorated with deck with the view of the river!

Weekend Getaway

Property was better than advertised. Really great host, and provided more than expected. The place was very inviting, clean, and spacious. It is in a very convienent and fun part of historical downtown Cape G, all within walking distance. It was relaxing to walk a block away and sit, watching the Mississippi river flow by. I highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent location!

The Kage House is a beautifully appointed property right at the top of the old downtown. The property has more than you need because of the thoughtful owners. Everything downtown is easily walkable. Sitting on the deck watching the river traffic is a highlight!

Excellent stay at the Kage house. I was traveling alone travel RN and new to the area. I felt safe and had everything I needed. Keith was very helpful and made sure my stay was stress free! There was a snow storm the day I was checking out to drive back home. Keith arranged for me to have a late check out so I could get a nap (night shift nurse) and the roads were in good condition. 10/10 would recommend.
