Washer and Dryer available downstairs with toilet in laundry room. Spacious downstairs area in basement. Come enjoy and relax near downtown Cape.

Entire home is available. We have a small locked storage room downstairs that is not available. Storage shed in back yard is unavailable.

For the comfort and safety of our guests we do have a max guest limit 6 unless pre-approved by host. No parties allowed.

Before checkout, please:
1. Put all trash in bags & tie the tops. (Trash runs on Thursday mornings.)
2. Place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher.

Pets:
1. Please be courteous of property and neighborhood - clean up any messes pets leave behind
2. Please have pets on leash or secure outside unless in fenced back yard
