Gezellige Downtown Cape May Condo. 2 slaapkamers 2 1/2 baden. Gunstig gelegen bij het strand, winkels, restaurants en meer. Slechts 3 1/2 blokken naar het strand en slechts een blok van Washington Mall. Breng uw zomervakantie dagen door in de zon te koesteren, in de oceaan te spetteren of de dolfijnen te zien stoeien. Het is ideaal voor een groep vrienden, koppels of een klein gezin. Wij verwelkomen uw honden!

Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich op het tuinniveau van ons historische huis (oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1875). Veel moderne voorzieningen zoals wifi en centrale airconditioning! U heeft toegang tot onze gedeelde oprit. Genoeg om uw twee auto's te parkeren.

Net binnen de voordeur is een gezellige woonkamer met rustige kleuren, hardhouten vloeren en hoge plafonds. Comfortabele slaapbank en loveseat bieden voldoende ruimte voor het hele gezin om te zitten en te praten of een spelletje te kijken op de flatscreen tv. Plus een kleine eettafel voor 4 personen. Flatscreen HDTV met uitgebreid kabelpakket voor uw gebruik.

Keuken is goed gevuld met een koelkast, magnetron, kookplaat, wasmachine / droger en vaatwasser. Veel andere voorzieningen zoals een koffiezetapparaat, blender, broodrooster, borden, bestek, glazen, potten en pannen, etc.

Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, twee dressoirs, een ingebouwde kast. en een en-suite badkamer (plus een eigen ingang en uitgang). Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. ** De tweede slaapkamer heeft een zwaar gordijn dat het scheidt van de woonkamer - maar het heeft ook een eigen badkamer om privacy te garanderen. Woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank. 6 slaapplaatsen.

Gasgrill en picknicktafel voor uw buitenplezier gelegen in de achtertuin richting de garage.

Hebben we al gezegd dat we uw honden verwelkomen? We willen de onze ook niet verlaten als we reizen. Er is een toeslag van $ 150 per hond (limiet 2). Sorry geen katten.

Circa1875 - Centraal gelegen in een rustige straat in het historische district. Korte wandeling naar strand, stad, winkels, musea, geweldige restaurants en nachtelijk entertainment.

 Maximaal 2 honden. Pet Rent is $ 150 extra per hond. Er zijn eenvoudige huisdierregels van toepassing. Bel voor meer info.

Excellent location!

Perfect proximity to the beach, shopping, and museums. Read the listing closely to see what you need to bring. We planned ahead and ended up loving the place and our stay. Very clean and newly updated, especially the kitchen. Loved being able to bring our dog but saw no traces of previous pets. Owner was quick to respond to questions and check in and out couldn’t have been more smooth. Loved it!

cozy & convinient

I brought my mom and toddler to stay 2 nights. Access to restaurants, shops and parking lot a huge bonus as others have mentioned. We also were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was! I gave 4 stars simply because it was not central air so AC didn’t totally extend into kitchen and neighbors above could get a bit noisy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a quick getaway to Cape May!

Great area but house needs improvements

Probably the most bare bones vacation rental I have ever had. Being close to all the shops is nice. Actual house could use some improvements. It's not clear by the listing but the picture of the property is from the back so it looks like its 2 stories but you are on the bottom floor behind a shop. A lot of the furniture had sand still on it(there is only a single broom to clean with, no dust pan),all the interior doors are hard to shut and the main bedroom has one door that goes straight outside and the top hinge is not attached to the doorframe. TV's are incredibly small, we only had WiFi for half the week and after was spotty, kitchen is fairly bare bones (no oven, fridge freezes stuff in the fridge section, don't expect to be cooking meals here much). If kids come or more than one couple stays, the one bedroom only has a curtain for privacy. We barely were there so alot of it wasn't a big deal, but there are alot of little things that need changed.

While this was a good location, the conditions were a bit challenging. There are 2 levels. This property is for the downstairs. There were people upstairs. It sounded like a baby pounding walking across the floors, directly above us late into the night, around 11/11:30 and again early in the morning around 7:00AM. The house smelled of mold, especially in the kitchen. There are no linens on the beds or towels in bathrooms. We missed this in the listing. It’s at the end of description. We were able to contact the owner and get access to sheets & towels. Communication with owner was good and they were friendly but because of the challenges we faced we probably will not be returning.

Mid-week stay in Cape May

Location, location, location! This place is 5 stars! Just a block and a half from Washington Street Mall and Acme - a few blocks to the beach. Off street parking for two cars…just about all on street parking is metered. Spacious rooms. Kitchen is small but who wants to cook on vacation when Cape May is a foodie heaven? Would definitely like to book again. Thank you!

Great in-town location

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in Cape May with this property as home base. It's so close to the Washington St. Mall and the beach that we barely moved our car except to drive out to Sunset Beach. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the furnishings are practical and fun. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Would recommend for a couple or small group.

First off, the owners responded quickly to all of my e-mails and texts and they straightened out what appeared to be a vrbo issue with the reservation. They let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. You can’t beat this location, it’s perfect. However, This is not a place for couples. As stated in the description, there is a curtain that separates the 2nd (bedroom) from the living room. What it doesn’t say is that you need to walk thru this bedroom to get to the kitchen and the 1/2 bath! In addition, the 2nd full bath is directly off the living room so it is not a “private bathroom” for this bedroom. There were no closets in the 2nd bedroom so no place to hang your clothes. There was a dresser in there. So, not functional at all for 2 couples…. Zero privacy for the 2nd “bedroom”. If you have small kids….maybe not a problem. Kitchen is very old and the refrigerator hums like a truck. There were only 2 wine glasses and they didn’t match each other. Kitchen Amenities were limited.Could not get the shower to work until day 2. Owners did offer their help but it worked out. The place definitely could use updating, decor, etc… but it was basically clean. Don’t want to be mean with this review, but the description needs to be more transparent.. I really did appreciate the fact that the owners responded to me within a very short time period.

Great location, subpar stay

The location of this property is great, we were able to walk to everything rather than drive. Im glad it was just my husband & I as the main AC was not working upon arrival & it was quite warm in the house. We informed the owner & he said he'd have someone come the next day but no one showed. The master bedroom ac did work so we mainly stayed in that room. I was a little shocked at how tight the kitchen was, I guess pictures can be decieving. Also, not sure if it was just that the people staying above us were extra loud or just thin walls but it sounded as if they were moving furniture around above us. That was a bit annoying when we were trying to sleep. Because of all of this we tried to go out as much as possible. Great location but cant say I'd stay here again.

A Week of Family Fun

We had a couple of days of rain but made the best of it. Had four dinners alfresco, biked, ran, enjoyed the beach, got a massage, played mini golf and visited the arcade. Spent some money in the great Washington Mall stores, as well. Ate a lot of good food and spent time with family. It was a perfect week!

Pros- Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking a huge plus! Cons- Pet hair everywhere, not as clean as we would have liked. Also had to deal with humidity issues inside the apartment.

New Year's Getaway!

This apartment was perfect for spending our New Year's getaway in Cape May! The property was clean and cute, and in an ideal location for shopping and dining! The master bedroom was very big! The other "bedroom" was a decent size. The only drawback was it was only separated from the living room by curtains. For us, this was not a big deal at all. You also have to pass through to go into the kitchen. I guess it depends on how comfortable you are with the people you go on vacation with. For us, it was fine! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also great!
