Gezellige 2 BR Apt in het historische Cape May, 1/2 blok van het strand en het winkelcentrum

Unit 7 is een appartement met twee slaapkamers op de 3e verdieping van een Victoriaans huis in het centrum van de stad. Eerste slaapkamer met een queensize bed, de tweede met een tweepersoonsbed. Woonkamer met uittrekbare uitschuifbedden, slaapplaats 2. Pas gerenoveerde keuken met nieuwe apparatuur. Een mooi balkon in de achterste veranda met uitzicht op Victoriaanse dak, perfecte plek voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend of een glas wijn 's nachts. Kabel-tv, WiFi. Een parkeerplaats op de kavel van Bank Street. Munt bediende wasmachine en droger op het terrein. Breng uw eigen beddengoed en handdoeken mee. (U kunt ook op voorhand beddengoed huren van services zoals linenladies.com)

U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken voordat u uitcheckt. Boekingen voor zomerverhuur zijn minimaal 7 dagen, zaterdag 16:00 uur inchecken tot zaterdag 11 uur uitchecken. Buiten het seizoen boekingen zijn twee nachten minimum plus schoonmaakkosten van $ 75.


Cape May New Jersey staat bekend om zijn prachtige stranden en de vele grote Victoriaanse huizen. Het is de oudste badplaats in Amerika. Winkels en restaurants langs de Washington Street Mall op 3 voetgangers blokken. Near by Cape May Point State Park biedt geweldig uitzicht op de vuurtoren van Cape May en de natuurpaden met ranger-geleide activiteiten.

Cape May is, in tegenstelling tot andere Jersey Shore-steden, het hele jaar door een stad met vele festivals en evenementen het hele jaar door, zoals Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival en Christmas Festival. Cape May is ook een wereldberoemde observatieplek voor vogelsmigratie, vooral in de herfst.

Cheerful apartment in a perfect location

Thoughtfully equipped apartment in a huge old house less than 2 blocks from the beach. A/C worked well. Lots of convenient hooks and useful notes from the owners. Loved the small porch and view over the rooftops. The stairs were challenging but sturdy, we used the outdoor stairs almost exclusively. New mattresses would be appreciated. So many shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk. Very good communication with the owners.

Wonderful place in top location

Came for MDW and loved every bit of it. The apartment is exactly as described and very cozy and quaint. Very clean!! The location is super good in the heart of everything and one can get to the beach in less than five minutes or to top restaurants in less than five minutes. The neighborhood is awesome - prime location!! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we come back down to Cape May! Check in was super easy and having parking at Bank St which is no more than five minutes walking distance was super good! The hosts are very nice and accommodating! Importantly, the place is super quiet and super safe! Beautiful sunrises and wonderful sunsets!

Oops!

Pulled into parking space across the street. The sign said temporary no parking until 4/15. Also, permit required. No problem since it was the 19th and I had a permit. The policewoman kindly explained it was the wrong permit. Oh well, had a great time never the less. Awesome location, lots of exercise. Thanks Mike and Fen!

Short winter stay

For my husband, our 18 yr-old daughter with special needs, and me, the place was nice; efforts have been made to meet all needs. We could not find any pans for the oven however, and a blanket or two for lounging on the comfy sofas during a winter stay would have been nice.

Great location. Overall condition is old, cluttered and crowded. No closets, second bedroom hardly big enough for mattress and boxspring on the floor, not comfortable. We were two adults and barely had room for our things.Overwhelming potpourri smell made us sneeze and cough. Amount of rent seems high for this but location was great and we weren’t there long and stayed busy.

Wonderful, Laidback Homebase.

This was the perfect stay for the vacation we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every morning we cooked breakfast and drank coffee on the patio. Every evening we enjoyed games and streaming services in the living room. If we return to Cape May, we will check the availability for #7 first.

Perfect location

We love Jackson Street in Cape May, and this cozy apartment was perfectl for us. We all slept well, and enjoyed coffee and drinks on the back deck. The stairs to the third floor are steep and narrow. The Laundry room was open and we never had a problem finding an available machine. We will be back!

Cozy, quiet, great location

This is our 3rd trip to Cape May and our favorite place to stay so far. This is a simple, no frills condo, but very comfortable and cozy. The best part is that you are in the heart of town but the layout in the building is such that the bedroom is very quiet. The unit is on the top floor (could be difficult with heavy bags or mobility issues), so no noise from above. We'll definitely stay here again.

A little gem

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, mostly everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive away. The beds were comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing, and only specifically if you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen doesn’t have the best equipment. But otherwise, fantastic, and we would definitely stay again.

The apartment is walkable to ocean, promenade, which was why we chose. It’s clean, nicely decorated, the owners even leave some supplies. Stairs were a bit difficult with luggage but we loved the high up view.

Cape May is beautiful in the fall.

The property is so close to everything! We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go! Stayed in Apt 7 on the third floor. We joked that our longest walk to anything was from our front door to our apt! Don't pack your bags too heavy if you're on the third floor! Apt was equipped with everything and beds were comfy!
