'We've been staying in Colette's cottage for 5 or 6 years now. We are never disappointed. It is cozy and close to everything. Colette is an amazing host. She even gave me a little extra time at check out to herd my teenage boys out the door. Summer isn't summer without a trip to the cottage.'

'The unit and surrounding porch were exceptionally clean. We love the washer in the dryer and all of the new appliances. It’s only about two blocks from the boardwalk. The owner was immediately responsive to any issues that needed a little bit of attention.'

'Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!'

'5 Stars! Unbeatable location right by the best part of the boardwalk and close to everything. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and all the appliances were modern and updated. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, in a great quiet location, and had everything we needed, from a coffee machine to laundry. We loved the backyard and grill, and our kids had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!'

'This place is amazing! Huge kitchen, huge bathroom! 2 bedrooms are nice! If I had to but pick about anything it would be that going from room to room had uneven flooring so you had to be careful not to trip but that wouldn't keep me from coming back! Thanks a lot!'

'Another lovely stay.'

'Rental was great location, owners were very responsive and helpful. Only thing was backyard could be cleaned up a bit. Not very welcoming to sit outside there but we would rent again.'

'The dishwasher did not work. There are somewhat annoying check out rules. “All hair and sand must be cleaned up before checking out.” To clean up all hair in the bathroom and sand on a beach property seems a little excessive. They don’t provide any towels for beach or bathroom. Property manager told me two days before the reservation that I needed to cancel as all parties staying were not over 25. The rule is not what I had an issue with but that I had given all of the ages of the people coming...
