We loved the screened-in porch and the swing! And we loved being right on the water! We had a great trip and can't wait to come back! '

'Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops. '

'Very nice overall. You must be able to climb stairs. Nice amenities; we enjoyed reading in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach... Car-port was just about too narrow for our full-sized truck. An unexpected (but apparently planned) power outage of a few hours took us a bit by surprise. But no damage done. We would certainly come again ... but might seek "handicapped accessible"!'

'This house is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! We came down for a week long vacation and booked this home. The pictures are spot on. The decor and attention to detail was top notch! They have thought of everything that you may need for your stay and more! Plenty of plush towels, dishes for your every need and a very large washer and dryer. This home offered plenty of space for our party or 8 (6 Adults and 2 Children). The house is located on a more quiet part of the Cape and that made it even more...

'Awesome trip with my daughter and granddaughter and her other grandmother. We only had one day of sun on the beach but we filled the rest of the trip with trips to nearby cities and lots of movies and games. Wonderful time and the townhome was perfect and met all of our needs. Loved the screened in porches.'

'This is a great area to stay in. It's a gated community, and we often leave things in the carport area without a second thought. Two pools help on the rough seas, double reds, for the kids to be entertained. The turtles in the pond were fun to watch, and there were several bags of food provided to feed them. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Cape San Blas. If more than one family is visiting, I would recommend that everyone find a location within this community.'
