This welcoming cottage with pool boasts 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, consisting of a bunk bed, double bed, single bed, and twin bed. We accommodate between 1 and 7 guests comfortably. With heating - gas fire or a wood burner fireplace for winter, plus fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven & fridge.
Secure free parking for 2 cars on site, guests come and go as they please. Separate TV room, children's games provided. The 2 bathrooms feature refreshing showers and hair dryers. We are situated close to the Constantia Village shopping centre and the Checkers Emporium, Peddlars restaurant and various well known wine estates and top rated restaurants. We are very centrally situated, 30 minutes to the airport & waterfront, 20 minutes to Hout Bay, St James & Kalk Bay. 40 minutes to Simonstown. One can enjoy the neighbourhood by walking on our lovely Constantia greenbelt and Silvermine Reserve is 10 minutes away.
Either myself or Gary will meet you personally, none of those key locks etc, we prefer the personal touch. We do have 2 dogs and have been running our cottage for over 20 years. Many of our guests return year after year in the summer months. We offer special rates in the winter months. Our minimum stay is 3 nights and we have no restrictions on maximum stay as long as we are able to accommodate you! Sorry no parties or loud noise!!
