Our "Highgrove Cottage" is a 92 sqm semi-detached house in a quiet gated community close to a mall with many shops and restaurants. The lounge is open-plan with a fully fitted kitchen (brand new appliances) and leads onto a veranda covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. There is a guest toilet downstairs. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 single beds; the other bedrooms (sharing the second bathroom next door) are equipped with a queen-size bed each. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards.

The standard occupancy is 4 people, but the cottage can accommodate an additional 2 people for a surcharge. Parking is available on the estate next to the cottage. There is a reception. The front gate is manned by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property! There is no access to a swimming pool!
