Geweldige villa met prachtig uitzicht!
Wij hebben vier fantastische dagen gehad in deze geweldige villa met prachtig uitzicht over False Bay richting Kaapstad. Het huis biedt veel leefruimte, is van alle gemakken voorzien en bevindt zich in een veilige buurt. De communicatie vooraf met Daphne en haar hulp ter plekke waren ook voortreffelijk. Een heerlijke plek om nog eens naar terug te keren.

Geweldig verblijf met perfecte service en prachtig uitzicht
Zeer mooi luxe woning met een adembenemend uitzicht over zee. Erg schoon met ruime mooie kamers, elk voorzien van een badkamer. Tijdens warme dagen heerlijk genoten van het zwembad. Goede service door de verantwoordelijke, wanneer er ook maar iets was kwam zij direct. Kortom een geweldige eerste week van de vakantie.

Fantastic stay
We ( 4 adults and 3 kids ) had a wonderful time in this house. Everything we needed was on and in it. Even toys for the kids. Only the pool is very small. We certainly recommend this house .

Gordon’s bay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Gordon’s bay . Never got sick of the amazing views of false bay . Ideal to be far enough away from Cape Town but still close enough and I’d highly recommend this property . We stayed for 2 weeks and the comms from Richard were very good . He was always very helpful and offered lots of help and ideas for our stay .

Fabulous villa
I cannot recommend this rental property enough. The house is beautiful and safe. Communication with the manager was the best I’ve ever experienced. He was willing to help us with anything we needed. Richard even drove us to the grocery store and waited, then drove us to a restaurant to pick up take out. I’d love to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus
Es war einfach nur fantastisch. Es hat alles gestimmt. Das Haus war toll, der Blick atemberaubend und Richard als Gastgeber war so liebevoll, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief komplett reibungslos. Dieses Haus ist zu 100% zu empfehlen.

It was an absolute pleasure to host the Quaas family and they are welcome back anytime. Communication was excellent and always respectful. They left the house in great condition and as clean as when they checked in. I would highly recommend them for any future bookings and found them to be so considerate and the ideal guests.

Magnificent views and perfect home for us.
Three couples stayed at this home with a most beautiful view of False Bay. Made those cups of coffee and gin and tonics even better! Richard met us as we arrived and gave us a personal tour of the house. He was just a text or call away if needed. We were also checked on by the owner of the house which was fantastic of him to do so. Well stocked kitchen, clean house and … did I mention the view!!!! A 5-star 5 nights for us in Gordon’s Bay.

Andre and his party were the most considerate and most tidy guests. They communicated well and were always respectful towards myself and the house. Left the place in immaculate condition and it would be an absolute pleasure to host them again.

Wonderful Family Place
This was everything promised and more. Richard met us for check in with instructions and keys. A Welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and strawberries as well as sparking juice in refridgerator. The master bedroom is HUGE. Beds are very comfortable, and kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to cook if so desire. An hour from Cape Town, we enjoyed hiking up Table Mountain and paragliding off signal hill. This rental is also on the whale watching route, not far from Hermanus. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and the second lounge is almost like an extension of the pool area, wonderful place to relax and whale watch (in season, June to December). Absolutely beautiful view of Table Mountain across the bay, different every morning.

The house was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent. Richard the property Manager was truly exceptional. Ensured we were happy. Plenty of space for all the family to enjoy. An inverter was installed during our stay which will be an asset in the time to come. We would definitely stay here again.

Bästa utsikten!
Fantastiskt läge en bit upp på bergssidan i Gordons Bay. Från terassen såg vi valar, delfiner och sjölejon. Perfekta terasser med panorama vy från två sällskapsrum och även till frukost. Mysiga sovrum med tre av dem med utgång till terass samt eget badrum. Pool som är lagom stor för att doppa sig i och hålla värmen stången. Tvåbilsgarage. Under vår femveckors vistelse så stortrivdes vi. Vi gjorde "bort oss" med larmet två gånger - väktare var på plats inom 5-minuter. Fastighetsförvaltaren Richard är en pärla! Han ser till att allt fungerar och att vi fick information om "road shedding" löpande. Dessutom gav han goda tips om såväl matställen som andra sevärdheter. Bästa fastighetsförvaltaren vi har haft under våra 12 säsonger i SA.

Truly Remarkable

Beautiful house with breathtaking views
We had a lovely time at 77! Beautiful house with breathtaking views. The sunsets were amazing! There was plenty of space for our family of 8. The property manager, Richard, gave us a warm welcome and took very good care of us.

Great location, stunning view, spacious property
Gordon’s Bay is a great location for visiting Cape Town, the Wine Route and east to Hermanus and beyond. There are numerous golf courses and vineyards within easy reach. The house is located in the prestigious Mountainside area and without doubt has the best views of False Bay across to Table Mountain, which are absolutely stunning. The house is large, spacious and well equipped and Daphne made the booking process and arrival very smooth and efficient. If I had to provide constructive feedback I would say the terrace adjacent to the bedrooms is crying out for some seating as it has the best views at sunset. Finally the interior is in need of a new coat of paint to freshen the whole place up and do it justice. Would I return to the property again - absolutely in a heart beat - so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Photos don’t lie!
Everything about this home was just as nice as it looked on the webpage. Views over False Bay were fantastic and entertaining. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked; clothes washer was handy; both indoor and outdoor furniture were comfortable. Much of the indoor furniture was high-quality wood and deserved care. Neighborhood is upscale, with ample security. Short drives took is to nice beaches and beautiful hikes in nature reserves. Daphne, the manager, was superb. The house has a nice TV, but no cable or satellite subscription.

Thank you for your comments David. We will offer the local satellite TV service on request. My family and I just find it so poor that we don't watch it and so don't have it as standard.

Top Läge in Gordons Bay
Ein tolles, riesig großes Ferienhaus mit super Blick nach Westen über die Bay. Garage, Swimmingpool, große Küche, Waschmaschine und wöchentlicher Wäscheservice - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Our family of four adults and one infant had plenty of space in this beautiful home. It is well cared for and appointed, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely pool, garage parking and a stunning view. They UNDER SELL how beautiful the views are!!!!
1st Dafne is great and on top of everything. The owner was nice enough to call from England to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed!!! But the house is great and just as described. Maybe the only negative is when it’s windy the windows rattle. That’s it!!! If you like amazing views..... THIS IS IT!!! So glad we stayed here!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, tolle Vermieter
Wir haben mehr als 3 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbringen können. Das Haus und die Lage entsprechen wirklich den Fotos. Summerset ist in 10 min, Stellenbosch in 25 min und Kapstadt in 45 min erreichbar. Neben den Ausflügen lädt die Terrasse immer wieder zum Entspannen ein. Die Haushälterin kommt ein Mal die Woche, auf Wunsch auch zwei Mal pro Woche. Daphne und Shaun sind sehr verlässlich und kümmern sich um Angelegenheiten prompt. Herzliches Dankeschön!!!! A very nice and pleasant house with a wounderful wiev and everything else you look for
Me and my family stayed for a week in this wounderful house and we had a very plasant stay. Everything worked smoothley when we arriwed and during the week. The pool gave us some fresh bath when we needed to cool of from the sun. The terrace gave us space to enjoy the sun and the fantastic wiev of the Bay. This is certain a house that you can have a god time in on your holliday. The Gordon Bay area is also very nice and you have lots to do in the surrondings. Thank a lot for a wounderful week. Anders

Fantastic House - Fantastic Views
This house comfortably catered for 8 adults and one child. We had a great view of Gordon's bay and managed to spot some whale and dolphin whilst lounging by the pool. The pool provided much needed relief from the Cape Town heat! The gas braai meant we could cook our own meals and soak up the views as the sunset. If the weather was windy or cool, the was a large dining table in the open plan kitchen/dining/living room with amazing views. The house catered for the child in our party (3 years old) very well as the lounge room situated next to the pool contained many toys and a TV with kids channels. This was a welcome surprise once we arrived! The house was well stocked with all the necessities required; towels, sheets, look roll, washing up liquid, large fridge, kitchenware etc. The agent the we met on arrival was super helpful and was readily contactable with any queries we had throughout our week long stay. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

Spacious Villa With Wonderful Views
The villa was perfect for the start of our holiday in South Africa. Our party was made up of three mature couples. The booking process was very straight forward with excellent communications with Daphne the agent who manages the property. She greeted us on arrival and showed us the villa. Throughout our stay she was always easily contactable for advice if needed. The villa was perfect. The lounge area and kitchen dining area provide loads of space for people to sit together or to find a quiet corner. The villa is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace and pool area offers a lovely place to eat, take a dip and enjoy the views. The bedrooms are very comfortable with three of them opening onto a huge upper terrace again with amazing views across False Bay towards Table Mountain. It is a pity there is no furniture on the upper terrace to sit and enjoy the stunning views. The villa is just a short distance from Gordon's Bay with its beautiful beach and many restaurants. We tried quite a few and would certainly recommend Zest as a must to visit. We were delighted with the villa and all it and the area had to offer us during our stay. Thank you Daphne for all the help and advice.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
We were two couples on our first visit to South Africa. The photos and description do not do justice to this beautiful, spacious and very well equipped villa. Daphne provided a lovely welcome and gave us excellent advice on the nearest grocery store and where to eat. The villa is in a perfect location for visiting Cape Town, the winelands and many other things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Great Holiday in Gordon's Bay
The house is fantastic and very well equipped. The views are stunning and Gordon's Bay is a great fun place as a base to explore the Southern Cape. The agent was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had is that as business people the broadband was very inadequate which caused us some stress along the way. The cleaner was very pleasant and efficient and the owners instructions ver helpful. If I was certain about the internet connection I would not hesitate to rent the house again. Ken Symons

The broadband issue has now finally been confirmed as fixed! It took quite a while to get the broadband provider to recognise the fault as it was intermittent but they eventually tracked it down to corroded cables entering the house (the sea air!). Since then we have had several guests at the house and the broadband is no longer an issue. We recognise that having good connectivity when you away from home is important and apologise to Kenneth and his guests for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We're glad everything else was to their satisfaction.
