Eigenlijk vergelijkbaar met Hunters Country in Plettenberg. Prachtige locatie op wine estate. Huisje, cottage bij eerste aanzien schattig en ruim. Alle wat je nodig hebt is er. Maar er mag wel een moderniseringslag gemaakt worden. Bed, stoelen, banken , badkamer noemen wij (verwende kwasten) gedateerd. Maar prima ontbijt. Overall prima vermaakt en genoten. Vlak bij hoop leuke wine estates en restaurants.

Geweldig verblijf. We verbleven in de prachtige manor. Mooie kamer, lounge en andere vertrekken. De estate is keurig onderhouden. Je kunt er fijne wandelingen maken. Heel goed personeel, bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed. Prachtige uitzichten, veel vogelsoorten in de omgeving. Winkelcentra vlakbij waar je goed koffie kunt drinken en een hapje eten. Somerset dat aan de kust ligt ook goed bereikbaar.

Heel mooi verblijf op een wijndomein . Ruime kamer met grote badkamer en zelfs een keuken . Mooi zwembad . Een wijntasting was inbegrepen . Ook heel lekker ontbijt. Een aparte beleving en aanrader . Op ongeveer 5 km van Stellenbosch centrum .

Zeer sfeervol authentiek historisch landgoed.
Stijlvol mooi authentiek hotel. Sfeervolle grote kamer. Prachtig historisch landgoed. Prachtig uitzicht. Heel stil en rustig. Ligt wat afgelegen. Prima ontbijt. Helaas geen diner faciliteiten.

Prima verblijf op een prachtig wijndomein
We hadden een prima verblijf op een prachtig wijndomein. Onze cottage was heel verzorgd, ruim en gezellig. Goede wifi. Het ontbijt was super lekker. Het uitzicht op de wijnvelden was fantastisch. Vriendelijk onthaal en bediening.

Sehr schönes Anwesen u Zimmer in einem alten Gutshaus.Schöner Pool und sehr schöne Landschaft. Äußerst freundliches Personal Nicht so gut: Bei den aufgerufenen B&B Preisen erwartet man nicht, dass ein Cappuccino beim Frühstück extra zu bezahlen ist!

Schönes Weingut mit gepflegter Anlage.. Pool, Zimmer und Personal sind prima. Von hier aus kommt man klasse zu den anderen wei Gütern der Gegend - auch stellenbosch ist in 10 min erreichbar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Webersburg estate. Our room was in a beautiful Cape Dutch house and the property boasted amazing views of the mountains, which were on full display during their extremely good breakfast. Our only gripe was that the water pressure drops during load shedding, but fortunately they try to tell you in advance when that occurs so you can plan around it.

Empfang war perfekt, aber…. Leider war unser Zimmer wahrscheinlich schon lange nicht vermietet gewesen ; Badewanne verschmutzt, für die Wanne kein warmes Wasser, usw., auch hatte ich bei Buchung nur die Info Restaurant und Bar vorhanden, aber Restaurant schließt um 16 Uhr, daher Abendessen nicht möglich und die Bar? Wir fanden keine. WLAN geht am Pool nicht . Wahrscheinlich waren wir im Punkt Freundlichkeit in den anderen Unterkünften zu verwöhnt, hier war sie eher nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten in Südafrika andere Erfahrungen in 5* Guesthouse. Man muss aber auch betonen, der Zustand der Außenanlagen ist top.

We arrived during load shedding, and there was only one working emergency light in the cottage, no fire lighters and not that much wood to keep the fire going. Also fireplace smoked the room out. The check in woman was kind and fetched us her own personal fire lighters. But they knew when we were arriving, and the place should have been checked for these basics including adding candles, matches, fire lighters, and checking emergency lights. Seems like a nice property but the welcome wasn't cozy, and it seemed like too few staff and not well trained to greet my US family. As it was their first experience of South African hospitality, I was embarrassed.

Most beautiful vineyard.
We had 2 great days at this beautiful vineyard. Fantastic beautiful location with historic old buildings in prestine condition just on the sloop of the tall blue surrounding mountains. The whole area was lkike a beautifful garden. Great staff. Many free range ducks, geese and turkies on watch outside during night. There are also African buffalo's inside a big fenced area.

Oh Dear !
An absolute Gem. Can not fault the room, the Situation, The View, The Ambiance, but PLEASE an attention to detail was sorely missing. Reception was advertised open until 5 pm. We arrived 4.20 pm, reception closed. No one to greet us except George , the Security Man . He showed us to our lovely Apartment. The Advertised DSTV Satellite TV, in our room a bunch of wires. A Lady we phoned who agreed to have everything sorted, said She would phone back, but never heard from her again. George, eventually arrived at room, offered to change us to another Room. Sadly this Room had not been serviced, only recently vacated. But George a quite brilliant Employee, ( I truly mean that ) sorted everything out. We enquired about ' Advertised Breakfast', but no that did not exist. Please Owners, if you can not greet Visitors properly, please leave them some explanatory notes. Apart from this a quite Brilliant property.

First Class. Brilliant. Don't miss this place.
Love this place. We usually have a cottage by the lake. Very comfy and clean. The historic buildings are magnificent. The breakfasts are great. Love everything about the place with views of the mountains. Wish we were there now. Lovely staff too.

The Manor House or Jonkershuis?
The location is superb, but the room was dark and not very clean with some cobwebs and dust. The Manor House, where we stayed, was impressive, rustic and spacious. The room itself was a disappointment with no view at all. Breakfast was great in a beautiful setting overlooking the mountains.

An overnight stay at the winery
We only stayed a single night at the wine estate as we were tired of driving. The room was very nicely decorated and the bath had all the amenities to make a romantic experience. The room was very nice and had an elegant older look to the furnishing, like you would expect in a winery hotel. The breakfast was very good.

Linda vista no café da manhã
Trata-se de uma pequena vinícola. As instalações são bem agradáveis. Quarto bom, com uma pequena cozinha e alguns vinhos no frigobar disponíveis para consumo (a ser pago no checkout). O café da manhã é muito bom e o local tem uma vista para o lago maravilhosa. Um restaurante está sendo construído para oferecer almoço e jantar a partir de março em Cima da área onde é servido o café. Acredito que ficará muito agradável tb. A limpeza só ficou um pouco a desejar devido a mesa disponível na varandinha do quarto. Qndo fomos utilizá-la a noite, verificamos que ela estava imunda. Ah, e tb seria ótimo se a vinícola disponibilizasse o Wine tasting para seus hóspedes gratuitamente. No geral, foi excelente!

The view from our cottage is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The breakfast was also very nice, and the picnic basket in our room after a day of wine tasting was perfect. My only negative is we booked a cottage with two king beds for two adults and got one of the rooms with twin beds. That was of no use to us.

Lovely stay
Lovely one night stay in a well decored and spacious cottage. The grounds are beautiful, the service excellent and the breakfast delicious as well as served in the main restaurant with marvellous wine estate views.

Just a lovely place to stay! We were put up in a cottage which provided Spacious rooms with unique views of lush green meadows, mountains ad a pond with ducks and geese. The beds were comfortable and big enough for two. The breakfast was superb and didn’t lack anything.
