'We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues.
- We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem.
- Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....

"From the moment we arrived we knew we'd found a little piece of heaven. The welcome could not have been more friendly and accommodating, the design and quality and maintenance of the buildings is immaculate. It sits in a tranquil area where the only sounds are the wind and wildlife. But the single thing that stands out the most and made our stay so special and memorable was the kindness, attentiveness, friendliness and superb service from all the staff. Even the gardeners waved a friendly "good morning" each day! Special mention needs to go to Cerene and Nicky who was absolutely superb, but the shining star was Troye. He did not miss a trick and his general knowledge and wonderfully warm personality were the best we've experienced. He's definitely found his calling in hospitality.
Angala was everything we were looking for and more and we will most definitely be back.
