Budgethotels in Cape York Peninsula

'Room was modern, clean and tidy. '

'My room was a donga. And it was fine for my needs. The room was clean. A bit of maintenance wouldn’t have gone astray though with peeling paint and cupboards falling apart. But for what I needed it was fine.'

'After travelling from Bamaga ans around the Islands, this was a great place to chill and relax. From checking in, eating in the restaurant, having a beer in the bar, even having my laundry done the staff were fabulous. The pool and gardens were very well maintained and my room was perfect. It allowed me time to paint, write and just be. I would diffinately stay here again and recommend you stay here and do day trips to TI, if you are looking for that place to just be.'

'We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful lodge. Breakfast was good and the hosts delightful. They shared a lot about the local history and culture. Don’t miss the historic rock art nearby.'
