'We were very pleased with our stay. Our room looked exactly what was shown on their website. Was clean and well kept. Prompt with responding back to questions. The roof top was an extra perk that we really enjoyed at night. Loved how close we were to the Dane County Farmers Market (less than 10min walk). Would definitely stay here again 🙂'

'I have stayed at the Indigo in Madison many times over the past three years--it's around the corner from my daughter's apartment.
Every time we have stayed there, we have loved the accommodations, the staff have been unerringly polite and helpful, and we will always look to stay there again!'

'The buffet was not well attended to. There are two stations that can only be served by attendants but usually no one is around to help with them. One thing that would be easy to fix: the utensils for self serve are horrible and frustrating to use- a little tiny fork for the cornichons and a knife for the mustard? And you fish everything out of jars. Just tacky and poorly thought out. The tongs are slippery. Just poorly designed all the way around '

'Goed hotel maar gedateerd met helaas ongezellige kale bar. Zo vriendelijk als Ansi aan de receptie was de bartender helaas niet en de receptioniste van de check out ook niet . Daarbij rekenen ze extra tax en resort fee wat niet gemeld werd en in onze ogen volledig overbodig'

'Traveled to Madison to meet friends on campus. This hotel is a bit outside of downtown but just a short ride into town if you bring your bike. The hotel was clean and staff were professional. This was also one of the cheaper rates around the area. I’d stay here again.'

'We loved the location. It’s right on the bike trail and next to the lake. 10 minute bike ride to downtown. Easy 10 minute walk to the Allianz Center. Liberty Station is a great restaurant that is nearby with a beautiful outdoor patio. Great breakfast. Our room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Booking through a third party is not always the best or easiest way to go if you have hiccups in your trip. I had a huge hiccup in my trip! However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. Not only was the issue resolved, he personally reached out to make sure ducks were all in a row for my stay. I appreciate you David 🙏'
