The ground floor features the living area, consisting of a kitchen, living room, and sofa bed, while the sleeping area is located in a room slightly below the main level, featuring a private bathroom and French doors with direct access to the garden.
The interiors are welcoming and functional: on the ground floor are the kitchen, living room, and a practical sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists of a slightly lower-level bedroom with a bathroom and French doors leading directly to the garden, where there is also a convenient outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the beach.
The accommodation is complete with all the main comforts, including Wi-Fi, smart TV, fans, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, and gas stovetop with external gas cylinder. A De'Longhi coffee pod machine is also available.
The property also includes a convenient parking space.
