'Het begon was niet ideaal toen bleek dat onze koffers is een andere kamer waren beland. Op 1 dag vergeten onze kamer niet schoon te maken. Op andere dag was vergeten om avonds onze handdoeken te wisselen. Accommodatie is ok maar zeker geen vijf sterren. Ook service niet. '

'Hotel Helios was such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was amazing, the lovely ladies at reception were so accommodating, helpful and kind. They explained the best places to go, helped us book a dinner reservation, as well as a tour of the amalfi coast, and explained where everything was in the hotel. The room we had was downstairs (bare that in mind if carrying heavy luggage) and was only accessible by stairs. We didn't mind, as it gave us privacy and had a great sea view. The...
