* two characteristic cafés for breakfast, light lunches and aperitifs are 5 minutes away and about 10m on foot from the house
* Villa Jovis and villa Lysis are about 800 m walk from the house and are wonderful places where cultural events and concerts are held in the summer
- the Faraglioni and the famous Fontellina beach are about 1.5 km on foot from the house
