We booked our stay here on a whim after deciding to visit Capri during our trip to Italy. The staff were great--knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and the hotel itself is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

Villa Marina Capri is a stunning Hotel and the staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. The Hotel facilities are immaculate and the Restaurant was beautiful. Plus breakfast in the garden was magic. The Hotel drivers picked us up and dropped us off as required. We had a wonderful stay in Capri thanks to Villa Marina.

Beautiful property. Easy access to market, hotel staff very friendly and made accommodations easy for us. The room was a bit small and seems cramped but overall a great hotel!

A localização do Hotel é muito ruim. Não há nada próximo (onde se possa ir a pé) e, embora o Hotel disponibilize um serviço de motorista, tanto os trajetos quanto os horários são limitados (apenas entre o Hotel e a Marina e entre o Hotel e o Centro de Capri, e até às 22h45min.) Havia uma igreja próxima ao nosso quarto, cujos sinos começavam a bater cedíssimo. Não foi uma boa experiência. Em se tratando de um hotel cobrando 1,4 mil Euros de diária, com uma localização que depende tanto de carro e táxi, há muitas opções melhores em Anacapri. Sugiro ampliar o serviço de transportes e melhorar - bastante - o concierge.

The hotel is very good, but overpriced. It is in a bad location (nothing is walking distance). We had to call taxis for almost everything (spending around 70 Euros per day). They have a driver available, but whose services are limited (only to the Marina and City Centre, and until 10:45 PM). Improving this service would certainly make a huge difference.

Beautiful spot in Capri but the property is totally outdated . Old smelly bathrooms . The furniture is old .The indoor dining is bad because the place smells bad . The gardens are beautiful .

This hotel was amazing in every sense! From before we arrived they made sure they contacted me to arrange a pickup from the port. They were very accommodating at check in and gave us an upgrade to our room. They then made nice recommendations for the night and did the booking. When we wanted to check out they booked the ferry for us and provided transport to the town until our ferry time. Then picked us up back with our luggage. What a hotel!

There was a mix up with our reservation where they thought our daughter was one not 9 so initially they asked for 150 euros extra. Not sure if it was Hotels.com fault or the hotel but it slightly ruined the start of the holiday. The hotel provided us with an upgrade and we also paid extra for a better room and although expensive I would not fault the hotel or the staff after that. Breakfast was amazing the pool on the small side but that is Capri for you. Fantastic shuttle service and the staff go above and beyond

Realmente lo vale
De 5 si le otorgo 4.6 al hotel, las habitaciones son súper cómodas, los amenities de gran diseño y vanguardia. Súper limpio y más ahora en Coronavirus. La atención de su personal es muy cálida y hacen todo lo posible por complacer peticiones. El servicio de Bote privado para recorrer la isla es un sueño , tienen muy buena alianza con una empresa de muchos años y vale la pena la inversión. Precios razonables ,el transfer al puerto y al centro es de lo mejor, sería grandioso que en Viernes y Sábado lo extendieran a la media noche :)

Disappointing 5 star hotel stay
In room amenities and water was never replaced during our 4 night stay. The shuttle that has a set schedule switched times despite us calling in advance to schedule leaving us with no option but to pay for a taxi. The shuttle always arrived late and left late despite scheduling in advance. Overall this is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 3 stars at best.

This is not a 5 star hotel ... we were on honeymoon and my husband ordered champagne on arrival which they forgot and when reminded did nothing about. There were some staff who were lovely but the communication is poor especially around the shuttle service which is so hit and miss we were often left stranded. We paid over 1.000 euros per night and there was no water in the room ... that was an extra 7 euros !!!! Plus if you wanted eggs for breakfast that was an extra 9 euros. We were served lunch without any bread, the orange juice was watered down at least once whilst we were there. All in all this hotel is ridiculously overpriced and would pass as 3 star in the UK !! I would strongly advise against staying here.

Staff was not attentive. We were ignored and not given our complimentary drink and massage. When confronted they tried to turn it around on us. Not enough staff at desk. Our arranged ride from marina to the hotel was not waiting for us and left us waiting 20 minutes for pickup.

Relaxen im Garten Eden
Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohl des Gastes. Vom Willkommensdrink mit einer Handmassage bis zum Shuttel Service vom Hafen und in die City. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem tollem Hotel. Wir können das Villa Marina & Spa sehr empfehlen.

로비랑 정원, 뷰가 넘 이쁨. 호텔 밖을 떠나기 싫을정도로ㅋㅋ 룸 스타일은 좀 올드함ㅋㅋ 로비만 세련 위치도 항구랑 가까워서 다니기 편하고(카프리 특성상 길이 좁고 오르막이 많아 짐이 있을 땐 픽업서비스 꼭 해야함) 셔틀 서비스도 완전 좋음ㅋ 직원들도 겁나 친절함. 웰컴 서비스 와인주고 손마사지가 너무 좋았다. 글고 여기서 디너 먹는거 추천. 분위기도 좋고 7코스 먹는데 괜춘했음 와인도 음식에 따라 잘 골라줌. 아쉬운 점은 일부러 방에 수영장 있는 스위트룸으로한건데 수영장이 넘 오래되고 드러웠음. 테라스도 하나 더 있었는데 이 두군데는 청소를 잘 안하는거 같음. 걍 스위트하고 호텔 수영장 쓰는게 훨 나음. 그리고 와이파이가 방에서만 안터짐. 심지어 로밍도 안됨... 테라스 나가야 터짐.. 와이파이가 안된다고 말했는데 그냥 알겠다하고 끝나씀ㅋㅋ

Not a 5-star hotel. They don´t care if you are satisfied, they only care about the money, and they don´t asnwer emails or even are friendly. Would never recommend to anyone. I was supposed to stay on my first year anniversary and wish I can have another hotel for my stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff are very caring & attentive. In great proximity to the Marina Grande but a bit further from the center of Capri. Only disappointment was that the spa facilities are not included in the room fee & the spa access is an additional cost.

I would suggest in off season the spa & steam can be used free of charge for guests. Also BREAKFAST needs some inspiring. Not very inspiring. Could get even have Toast. But Hotel is lovely. Very very nice.

とても良かったです! 受付の髪の長い美人な女性がとても親切にしてくださいました。ちょうど帰国日が天気が悪いといって欠航を心配してくださり、代わりにチケット購入を代行してくれたり、確実に出港する便を教えていただけたおかげで無事にナポリまで戻れました。 ホテルはこじんまりしたところですがとても綺麗で可愛く、庭が素敵です。 朝食は少ないですが、十分でした。 市内まではやや距離がありますが、無料シャトルもあり、便利でした。
