It offers 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a covered parking space. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, it is the perfect starting point to discover Lake Lugano, scenic hiking trails, and the most charming villages of Ticino.



At the entrance of the property, there is a self check in key box, allowing for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the accommodation are stored in the self check in box. All necessary instructions will be provided at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the essential comforts needed for your stay, and thanks to the strategic location of this wonderful home, you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Bed and bathroom linen is provided in the property and is charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of 13.70 CHF per guest. This system is an advantage for guests, as you only pay for the linen actually used, rather than for all available beds regardless of occupancy. We provide high quality professional Swiss standard linen, carefully washed and hygienically cleaned at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety throughout your stay. A baby cot with bedding and duvet is available upon request and for an additional fee. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the booking has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you, before check out, to leave used towels in the bathroom and bed linens on the beds as a sign of cooperation with our cleaning service. Before leaving the apartment, please make sure to switch off all electronic devices (TV, lights, pellet stove, etc.) and check that doors, windows, and balconies are properly closed and locked. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It is permitted only in outdoor areas.

For guests arriving by car, a convenient covered parking space with a canopy is available and reserved exclusively for them.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or family members. The bathroom is functional and well organized, designed to ensure comfort throughout the stay. Outside, there is a convenient covered parking space with a canopy reserved for guests, making arrival and departure easy and practical in any season.
