'The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. It could have been better if they would have had more luggage carts. With a 5-story hotel, only one cart is not sufficient. I did like the extra lock system they have, but the front doors are not automatic, which makes it difficult to bring your luggage in and out.'

Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. '
