'The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. 'Room had a balcony and a view of the River. Walking distance from the beach. I arrived early, but they had a room available, so I could check in early. Very attentive lady at the front desk. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast was good. '

'This motel is exactly what you see, very basic, but good. Upon entering, the light scent of chlorine reassures you that everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can imagine that in the summer months, being so close to the beach, this would be a great base for an amazing vacation.'
