'The people that work there are PHENOMENAL. The place is a little older but had all the island life amenities we needed. A soft, clean bed. A hot shower with good pressure. And black out curtains. Our room also had a kitchenette and a big mini fridge. Employees were kind and attentive. Great seafood restaurant up the road a bit, amazing access to the National Seashore. We were there end of March 2024, so off season. The island is a wonderful adventure. I don't see myself returning during peak...

'Our stay this time was in a different room than last December but just as good! The view was great- location was very convenient. Room clean and orderly. Everything as described. 'Property was clean and in a great location on the island. The GPS did not take us all the way to the end of the road where the inn was, so coming in after dark made it tricky for us to find. We came to go crabbing and the water level is low off the dock in the back so we had to go elsewhere to crab.'

'Enjoy Don's cottage - the screened in patio was lovely to enjoy coffee and do some light office work. Kitchen had enough of everything to heat or prepare simple meals. Hot water was plentiful and pressure good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet at night but during the day there is a small business next door that you do hear light people chatter/deliveries. I would say this location is like a modern cabin - just enough of everything but still feels rustic.'
