'The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. 'Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. 'Upon my arrival I was happy to see this location is a gated with security at the entrance. The condo is big with 2 bdrms. The view is amazing and the balcony facing the pool was nice at night with changing colors. The Unit was clean and very comfortable. A/C worked. perfectly.
