Welcome to Double A Ranch (Almost Aspen)! The views from our home are 10/10! With 5 acres and positioned on one of the best streets in Missouri Heights, you'll revel in the 180+ degrees of unobstructed views of Mt Sopris and the Roaring Fork Valley. Lounge all day and into the evening on the back patio equipped with 6 comfy Adirondack chairs and wool blankets. With very little light pollution, the stargazing at night is second to none. Inside, this luxury rental is comprised of a main house with 2 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms. There's also a cozy cottage just steps from the front door with two twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king size bed), coffee bar, TV and a convenient dry toilet. Our home is stocked with designer, tasteful furnishings and every convenience needed for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with ultra plush beds, soft bedding, firm and soft down pillows, humidifier, and fans. Bathrooms are fully stocked with high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash + lotion and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and dishwear you may need for dining in for every meal. Coffee, tea, oils, condiments and tons of spices are also provided. Our home is super kid friendly with Stokke high chair, kids dishes, toys, games, pack-n-play and two adult size sleeping cots for big kids.

Location is superb for every interest and need! There are almost too many activities to list. Here are the activities we enjoy and areas we visit the most:
10 minutes to Willits Town Center (Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, rentals, stores, movie theater)
13 mins to the Ranch at Roaring Fork Golf Course (Public Course)
15 mins to Basalt (fly fishing, restaurants, shops, library)
20 mins to Carbondale (pool, community center, town with shops/restaurants, golf, grocery)
30 mins to Aspen (grownup Disneyland :D)
30 mins to Snowmass Village (skiing, mountain biking, family activities)

6 Adults + up to 3 young kids can sleep in our home comfortably. Please inquire with the owner for any specific needs you may have to allow for the most comfortable experience possible for your group.

Amazing Home!
We travel a lot and stay in short term rentals often. This was hands down the nicest, most well appointed STR that we have ever stayed at. The home has awesome mountain finishes with some really cool interior decor. More importantly, there isn't a single thing missing that you could possibly need. Megan is an amazing host. For full disclosure, I was a little high maintenance on this trip as our plans changed a few times. Megan was great throughout and couldn't have been more accommodating. She was also super attentive to anything that we may have needed. Thank you Megan.

This home is extremely well done. Looks just like the pictures. From the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and couches, to the easy check-in - everything about our stay was great. Communication with host was also very clear and helpful. We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend.

Fantastic property with great views!
We loved our stay at this home. Communication with the host was easy, check in/check out a breeze and the home itself is just fantastic. Clean, great location, very private and quiet and the VIEWS! The scenery out of every window is breathtaking. This home also provided a lot of extras that we never expect, but made our stay so great (spices, steamer in the laundry room, humidifiers and extra fans, etc). Thank you for a great stay-we would love to return!

The stay was very lovely. The only thing we would recommend was more lighting, when we played games it was hard to see in the kitchen area especially at night. We enjoyed everything and are very appreciative of being able to enjoy some time away.

Fabulous vacation spot!!!!!
We absolutely loved staying in this home. The views are breath-taking from every room. It is a short drive to downtown Aspen and even shorter drive to a local grocery store. The host was incredibly responsive. The home was clean and had a beautiful layout. We stayed with our three kids and had plenty of space. The adorable cottage in the back is not connected to the house. It's a perfect place for an older kid/s or couple to stay in. Keep in mind that layout when planning to stay with young kids. There is a great smaller room on the first floor for kids. Overall and absolutely wonderful experience! We will be coming back for sure.
