'The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. '

'Angel was so helpful to us. He is a great host! This was our 4th visit to this wonderful place. We love the Coqui room that overlooks the beach, with its great sunsets. '

'Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. The three bedroom had a couch and a full kitchen and a kitchen table along with a bunk bed and one bedroom. Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One is a shower and toilet. The other one is just a toilet we'll totally recommend'

'No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. '

'El hotel es bellísimo, cómodo, los cuartos de primera, alberca limpia y cuentan con estacionamiento. Pueden mejorar en atención, sólo el gerente y la chica del restaurante estuvieron atentos. No hubo servicio de desayuno en el restaurante aunque se supone que abren diario, por lo que tuvimos que salir. El wifo muy malo, hay muchas redes pero sólo la de los cuartos tenía más o menos un poco de conexión. Las demás redes nunca sirvieron.'

'This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse.
