Great property really safe area. One of the flats we had didnt have a working tv and keylock on balcony came out the door (3nice) 82 prague was lovely a little dirty in bathroom (shower screen and bath had mould by tiles) and balcony was really dirty. Other than that the whole stay was lovely and have no other moans

Very quiet and safe environment. Communication about how to access the building was excellent. The only con is the TV, I would have appreciated a lot if the apartment had a smart TV so that i could access Netflix or other services during my stay. But for the rest it was excellent.

Nice big apartment, relatively well equiped. Mine was quite far from the entrance of the complex. Close to the Bay St train station, that brings you to the center in 4 minutes (or you can walk 15min). A thorough cleaning would be needed, you could see dirty stains, paint missing, etc. So not for the pickiest of travelers, but in the ensemble a good option for a stay in Cardiff.

Only parking is hard to find you can only park in V visitor spaces which are always busy. Otherwise everything really good and worth.

Very clean again, and convenient for bay and city. Only thing not perfect was struggling with hot water. There appears to be a water tank, not a boiler, so the hot water ' ran out '. Other than that its great and reasonably priced compared to hotel rooms

Very unclean - the floor was dusty and dirty, the bathroom wasn’t very clean as there was stale urine stains on the toilet bowl. We had to wash all of the plates and cups before we used them and we didn’t dare use any of the pans as they were covered in grease. We opted to use the visitor parking, which is limited so we were unable to come and go as we pleased as we wouldn’t have been able to get another parking space. The other option was to pay £10 a day for a designated space, which we considered to be outrageous money just for a parking space. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Lovely apartment 6 floor with roof top balcony over looking the river, warm and cosy with everything you need. Clean lift and shared area. Felt very safe and parking was very close by.

The property was extremely dirty when we arrived, coffee stains in cups, old food on cutlery and plates, oven greasy and dirty. Fingerprints on every window and glass surface, carpets very dusty. Baths and showere covered with black mould.

Communication excellent. Instead of a 130cm wide bed upstais with balcony aganst which I complained we got a larger apartment with 200x200 cm wide beds. Apartment comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A little far away from railway station, buses in the morning run seldom. You only get bathing towels, no additional towels for hand and face. Howver, the managers solved the problem. Huge glass tables in the living room, but nothing to protect the table. The managers have to think about this. Dirty pots should be removed.

Adorei a acomodação, apenas senti falta de frigideira e de ter alguma informação mais fácil de como usar a área de piscina ( maravilhosa) só no dia de ir embora, achei um pouco longe da área central, é excelente aos sábados. Mas super recomendo visual lindo e tudo funcionando bem! Obrigada!

Trouble with key drop off arrangements as this was not as described by the greater. No toilet roll, however this was instantly fixed with a drop off following a phone call. Hand towels not provided. No bin liner provided, but was able to resolve ourselves. Despite the above would happily stay again.

Went down to Cardiff to visit family as we do every year and always look for apartments to stay in, this was our first time with urban space and must say wasn't disappointed very clean, spacious and well situated will definitely be using them again

Location - very good, around 15 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and 20/25 mins walk to Cardiff Central/train station. Check in/check out - straight forward and easy instructions despite us arriving around 11pm Property - Felt safe within the complex, didn't use the leisure facilities so can't comment on this. The kitchen had plentiful items and had everything needed to cook a full family meal, nice touch with the milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival. However, the bathroom didn't have a bath mat so had to be very careful when getting in and out of the bath, also noticed what looked like mould on some of the tiling, maybe extractor fan not working? Also noticed in the bedroom that there was cobwebs gathered in the corner near the window/ceiling, so does need a proper clean at some point! Overall a comfortable stay, not in the property much as exploring Cardiff/local areas, walkable to the main attractions/locations. Just needs a few touches added

Pictures don't tell a true story. Flat horrible, tired, bed had plenty of stains, too warm, very noisy, welcome pack a joke, concierge SO unhelpful. Would not stay even if I was paid too.
