Studio was well equipped and great location staff were good when needing extra kitchen items. However communication via email, message or leaving an answer message on the phone have never been responded to. Sometimes can’t get through on the phone so only option to leave an answer message. Helpful when you do get through but had a problem with communication before check in and now again with receiving the deposit back.

Communication from the staff was awful. The property states it is fitted with an oven, it is not. Just a microwave. The bed is not a double, it is much smaller. Very few utensils and what is there is very dirty.

Pleasant and friendly
We stayed here for just over a week. It was such a lovely furnished apartment. There was issue with checking in, and had to wait for over an hour for someone to come and check me in. The toilet flush broke, called the contact center who sent someone round straight away to resolve. Overall very good. Will stay again!

Have not returned my holding deposit after 3 weeks despite multiple follow up call and messages to the main office. Highly disappointed overall would suggest looking at all other options before staying here. Rating: 0/10

It’s a grea place to stay. Quiet and comfortable.
It has everything that I needed. The staff was excellent, and informative. It was close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very secure as well. In order to enter the doors or the lifts, you have to have a key card. The card also allows you access to your room. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and en suite. I would definitely stay there again.

First nights we did not stay there. Because it was so dirty and bed it was broken. However they did not fix the problem. I booked again because it was good location 2.time bed it was ok. Thank you for asking

I was told that I'll be given my security deposit in 2 days once I've checked out. I checked out on 8th February and still haven't received anything.

Horrible hôtel : The West Wing Cardiff
N’allait jamais en résidence étudiante à Cardiff. Je pensais qu’il s’agissait d’un appart-hôtel comme décrit dans l’annonce et non! - le lit était un lit «  double » ce qui signifiait en réalité un lit pour une seule personne. - hygiène : poussières, saleté dans le lit, problème de chasse d’eau. - Si vous voulez des serviettes propres supplémentaires il faut payer un supplément de 20£. - Si vous voulez cuisiner il faut acheter vos propres grosses poêles ou cocottes vu qu’il n’y a que le stricte minimum avec seulement deux paires de couverts. - une alarme incendie retentit parfois le matin ou le soir ( je ne suis resté que une semaine : 5 alarmes). - Les personnes en charge de la partie hôtel ne font pas d’efforts pour nous aider. Introuvables. injoignables. - un Check-in à des heures précises : si vous n’êtes pas présent durant cette période pour le Checkin vous allez devoir payer un supplément de 60£. C’est ce qu’il m’ait arrivé mais je ne l’ai pas payé car à mon arrivée il n’y avait PERSONNE pour me recevoir avec mon mari, j’ai supplié le vigile de ne pas nous mettre à la porte et de contacter le service (gérant la partie hôtelière) pour ne pas dormir dehors car c’est ce que l’on m’en demandait. Ce brave homme nous a proposé une chambre pour la nuit à 3h du matin alors que j’étais arrivée à minuit. Aucunes excuses le lendemain matin, aucun geste. Ils sont désorganisés et non disponibles.Il faut courir après eux pour tout.Personne présent pour le Check Out.

Thank you for reviewing your stay. Unfortunately we are quite surprised to see your review... We are sorry to see that you were left with the impression that we are offering you an apartment. To be honest we do not understand why you were left with that impression, since it is clearly stated that we are offering studios only. As per the cleaning issues that you mention in your review - you did never bring this to our attention during your stay... Not via phone call, nor via email. If we were notified about this, we were going to do our best to resolve the issue in order to improve your experience. In our listing, we have clearly stated that our check in time is 3PM-10PM and that we do not have reception at the property. Therefore arriving after our check in time without our knowledge and agreement will lead to the point in which you are left outside without the possibility of checking in. Regardless of all that - we are grateful for your feedback.

Excellent independent stay!
Stayed here for almost a week. Excellent stay. Very nice and quiet. Everyone was kind. They are available through WhatsApp and reply in a decent time. Had a kitchen, and the studio apartment was very new, modern, and clean. They had everything. Your responsible in cleaning your apartment on your own. Will definetly return and stay here again.
