Pleasant clean apartment with all the neccessary features for a short business stay for a key worker. Local pay for parking (free between 1800 and 0800). Good Internet connection and sharp knives which is always appreciated if cooking for yourself. Shame about the photos of the NHS suing twerp Richard Branson on the wall.

Nice condition but small and conpact
It was in good condition but a little bit small with most of the apartment within the basement which wasn't in the advertisement! I was also a little shocked to see the bathroom leading straight into the kitchen

Dear James, we are sorry that your stay was not as desirable as you had hoped. Unfortunately the standard terminologies available on the platform do not make it possible to describe that the apartment is split between floors 0 and - 1. That is why we had to go with studio split apartment. We invite you to come stay with us again in one of the 1 or 2 bed apartments in future for a better experience.

Very secure, lovely decor, quality apartment in an excellent location. Had to upload ID documents and make contact prior to arrival for a damage deposit, but no problems with the apartment.

Don't stay here
Apartment itself was lovely, however I wouldn't recommend staying here, they take your card details and put a hold on £250 which would be fine If they released the funds after your stay. I checked out last Friday and my funds still haven't been released nearly a week later. I was assured they would be released the day I checked out. I have stayed in plenty of serviced apartments through hotels.com and have never had to deposit any extra funds for damage reasons, they have confirmed I have left the apartment in perfect condition yet still hold my funds.

Dear Ajaz, We are sorry that you experienced a delay in having your deposit released. As you know we always explain to guests that it may take up to 5 working days for the deposit to be released. In your situation, as communicated directly with yourself as well, the payment gateway and the bank caused an additional delay even though we cancelled the pre-authorisation after your check-out, as per evidence sent to you. Again we apologise for the inconveninence caused and hope that you will consider staying with us again.
