Enjoy a unique three-level layout designed to offer maximum privacy and comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The second floor is the social heart of the home, featuring a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen (including a dishwasher and two types of coffee makers: capsule and electric).

Head up to the third floor, and you’ll discover a cozy studio with a sofa bed and a third full bathroom. As an exclusive touch, the house features an attic (golfas) converted into a magical playroom for children. The entire space features blue-energy heating and spectacular views of Cardona Castle.

You’ll have full, private access to all three floors of the home and the attic. We want you to feel right at home, so all the spaces described are entirely at your disposal: from the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen to the upstairs studio with views of the castle. Since this is a separate unit within the building, you’ll enjoy maximum privacy throughout your stay. Just remember that the building is rustic and access to the apartment is via the communal staircase (no elevator)

To ensure a pleasant stay and to help preserve this historic building, please read the following details and rules carefully:

Tourist Tax: The tax levied by the Generalitat de Catalunya will be charged before or upon arrival (only for guests 17 years of age and older).

Guest Registration: By law (Mossos d’Esquadra), all guests are required to complete the identity registration form before check-in. Otherwise, they will NOT be allowed to enter the property.

Prohibitions:

Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises (especially due to the building’s wooden structure).

Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure good relations with the neighbors.

Pets: Pets are welcome, but please remember that their behavior and care are the owner’s responsibility, and you must notify us of their presence at the time of booking.

Access: The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, and access is via a shared staircase.

Responsible Use: Please turn off the lights and heat when you leave the apartment.

Tourist Taxes: To comply with Catalan law, we remind our guests that the reservation price does not include the mandatory tourist tax. This tax costs 2 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), and this amount will be charged directly to the account provided at the time of booking. Children under 17 are exempt.
