'Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch, but instead were given a room with two queen beds. Upon entering the room, we discovered there was no remote control for the TV. We attempted to call the front desk and housekeeping using the room phone, but every option rang twice and disconnected. 'Very outdated. Room wasn’t cleaned. My room had dirty socks in the closet, hair on the shower walls, dirty bed skirt. Tv was off the wall and just sitting on the table & the mini fridge was mildew-ish. Oh let’s not forget the bed. Very uncomfortable very much old,and had a dent inside.'

'Clean room, but the toilet wouldn't flush when we first got there. Told the staff about it, and it was fixed by the time I came back to my room. Nice and comfortable stay. I feel like it does need a little updating, but overall a good stay and a great rate. Parking was great too.'
