'When traveling to visit family, I always prefer the Best Western Riverside Inn. They always have clean, comfortable rooms and the staff there is fantastic! Any hour of the day they make themselves available if you need assistance of any kind. My family and I have been staying here for years and will continue! Highly recommended! 'I entered my roo #220, to find a sweet note from the housekeeper. (I can't remember her name.) Everything was so clean, and breakfast was a great mix of healthy and treat choices. Also, the walk in shower was wonderful. I will definitely return to this hotel. On only one night the people in the room above me were loud. Every other night was peaceful and quiet. '

The only thing we didn’t like was the pocket door to the shower/toilet; it didn’t provide full privacy as it didn’t close all the way. The breakfast was sufficient. We traveled across the country and stayed in 7 different hotels and this was the most spacious and provided plenty of room for our family with two teens. We would stay here again!'

'The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room needed some more cleaning of kitchenette sink and bathroom counter. Heating unit not able to keep up. Very drafty door. Needed to stick towels in the door frame. Front desk brought us a heater. Bed was very comfy!'
