I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to a basic and unacceptable issue: there was no hot water. What made this worse is that the hotel did not inform guests in advance about the problem. I only discovered it when I tried to shower.
Hot water is a fundamental amenity, not a luxury. Had I been told beforehand, I could have made an informed decision or booked elsewhere. Instead, I was put in an uncomfortable situation with no prior warning and no meaningful resolution offered.
Transparency matters in hospitality. If essential services are unavailable, guests deserve to know before they check in. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, and it significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve communication and ensure basic facilities are reliably available.
