The first floor master bedroom is great for anyone who has trouble with stairs. It’s adjacent to the master bath with separate tub and shower. A half bath is available under the stairs. Laundry, kitchen with dining for (10), living room and hallway desk for working from home also all on the first floor.

It was great having you! You were wonderful guests. We love hearing that families enjoyed the games (inside and out) and layout of the house offering 2 separate TV areas to allow kids and adults to both enjoy an appropriate movie or show. Our comfy beds mean everyone sleeps well after a day outside enjoying the yard or relaxing on the porch or star gazing or sharing stories around the bonfire at night. It's amazing all there is to do and see close by.

Sterling, Flemingsburg, or Maysville on the Ohio River. Rupp Arena in Lexington is just 42 miles/55 minutes from the Farm. Keeneland Race Courts 48 miles and 58 minutes. The ARC Encounter is just 52 miles or just over an hour away.
