The house is located on a hill just outside the town of Carloforte. It enjoys a magnificent view of the village, the salt pans, Calasetta, the Sant'Antioco peninsula and the Sardinian coast.The house is situated on a plot of Mediterranean scrubland. From the loft there is access to a terrace leading down to the garden. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In a small storage room adjacent to the house there is another fridge, a small chest freezer and a dishwasher. There is also wireless internet access in the immediate vicinity of the house.From the house it takes ten minutes by car on a country road and another ten on a paved municipal road to reach the village of Carloforte and the same time to reach the first beach (all the others are in succession). The house is in a strategic position for driving to the most spectacular cliffs and for trekking in the interior of the island.If the owner of the house is on site (in an adjacent flat) he receives guests directly at the ferry and is available to make the stay as pleasant as possible according to individual needs.
