Although it was surrounded by office space, the hotel wasn't far from shopping and dining. The hotel and staff are nice. It is not close to SD but the drive was scenic.

Elevator was out of service the entire stay and a little loud in the rooms. Could hear the conversations of the people next door. Other than that, decent stay.

It’s a really great place to stay in. We spent 5 nights there with kids. The hotel has full kitchen, free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and grill! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The whole family enjoyed it!

Over all, staff and property are acceptable, I’m in the property business, myself know, most properties require maintenance schedules, this property of yours, maintenance seems to be at the bottom of your list, in just 2 days, I saw, clogged toilets, damaged bend trash cans, loud noisy service doors, faulty elevators, etc.

Great stay only 8 min drive to Legoland the breakfast was fantastic!! The staff had Easter egg hunt with the kids. Two of my sons found eggs they lovee it.

The only issue was the elevator nearest my room was down for maintenance most of my stay. The people were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and my room was clean. Great place to stay.

disappointed that I had to be relocated to another hotel, approximately a half hour away, putting me further away from the conference I was attending and causing me to be late to my first event since what was expected to be a 15 minute commute ended up being more like an hour back-and-forth

Perfect hotel for families we had a soccer tournament and this hotel was perfect clean, great service from front desk at check in (Angelito) was nice and professional. Our room was spacious, as soon as I walked in the room smelled good it was cozy. The beds we so comfortable. The next morning we went down for breakfast and we were surprised with all the choices. Waffles, fruit, oatmeal, eggs,sausage, potatoes to name a few there was something for everyone everything was fresh and clean. The ladies at the breakfast work really hard to keep everything stocked and clean. We were so pleased we made sure to leave them a tip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property description on Expedia is not accurate , there was no room service, no housekeping asked for more towels and blankets they said I had to go get it at the front desk , the walk to front desk is about 5-10 min walk!!! Elevator was not working properly

Because there needs to be a front desk agent to assist other guests at all times throughout the night, there are rare instances that we ask guests to stop by the front desk if they do need any extra amenities. Our Maintenance team has been notified of your comment related to the elevators not working properly, so we can ensure this does not continue. Looks like property used to be an apartment or condo complex, which isn’t a bad thing. Room came with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a FULL kitchen with an oven. The only mild downside was the breakfast area and outdoor hot tub was a little smaller than other Residence Inn locations I’ve stayed at, but all in all great place. Would stay again.
