'Comfort and cleanliness are typically a problem for us because our standards are so high, but this property has exceptionally comfortable beds, and is new and spotless throughout. The property manager thought of every aspect of our comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to cold water bottles in the fridge. Abundance of towels was available in both bathrooms. The three bedrooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting— with the highest quality memory foam mattresses, and good quality pillows....

'I can’t emphasize enough how immaculate the stay was. Clearly recently renovated in all the right ways, appliances and furniture are spotless. Really lovely & thoughtful hosts left us with some snacks in a cute basket. Eager and responsive as well! I asked if there was an iron at the property as we were in town for a wedding, and the host promptly replied they would buy one and have it ready for us when we arrived!'

'We just needed a quick trip away before the summer chaos begins for our family. We have a special needs child so a home setting was perfect for accommodating his needs. Our youngest was enthralled with the surrounding nature and spent so much time watching the deer and rabbits. The quiet neighborhood was great and the access to local eats and shops was perfect. We’re already thinking of next Fall or next year.'

'If you’re into 60’s retro homes, this is the place for you!! The architecture is similar to FLW and all the vintage stuff works. The location is Great with the backyard being a sandy beach. The Hist had lots of towels, laundry supplies, firewood, kitchen essentials and anything else you would need. This is the perfect rental house when you’re in Duluth. The driveway is Tricky to find, so be patient on arrival.'

'We loved the room! Our one issue was we left a weighted blanket and called the next day. They told us they would have to check on it and when they found it it would be a 25 fee on top of shipping/handling even though we were still in the area and could have easily gone back to just pick it up. Overall, though, we recommend! '
