Just five blocks to 'downtown' restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, parks and farmers markets. Quick access to Highway One so you can explore the Monterey Peninsula, Pebble Beach®, Santa Cruz and the rugged Big Sur coastline.

Living Space
This two-level, 2,150 sf updated home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests will enjoy sweeping treetop views from the balcony off of the living room of this tastefully appointed home. The living area features comfortable sofas placed near a wood burning fireplace and a large TV with Comcast Xfinity cable service. This is the perfect spot to cozy up with family or friends and enjoy movie night or game night.

Outside
The home has three balconies, a gas BBQ grill, and an outside sitting area with Adirondack chairs and privacy fencing.

Kitchen and Dining
Large updated and fully-equipped chef's kitchen; you will not want for any kitchen gadget if you choose to cook a homemade meal. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances adorn this lovely kitchen. Chefs will love the gas stove top with pot filler spigot and double oven. Casual counter seating and an adjoining dining area with seating for six. Step out onto the balcony where the gas BBQ is conveniently located for grilling meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Downstairs:
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV, a seating area and an en suite bathrooms with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, TV, a library full of books, and an en suite bathrooms with a shower-over-tub combination.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use and they are located in the garage.

Parking for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking for another vehicle in front of the home on a first come first served basis. The garage is not available for guest parking.

Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
